Design Of New Type Propulsion Device And Intelligent Monitoring System For Tugboat In Tianjin Port

In order to respond to the intelligent development trend of "striving to build a world-class smart port and green port" by the group company,this paper based on the tugboat construction demand of a tugboat company,combined with the development trend of ship intelligence,realizes the intelligent operation of ships and reduces the labor intensity of ship management personnel through the design of intelligent scheme in the new tugboat In order to reduce the influence of human factors on ship safety,the reliability of tugboat equipment and the safety of ship navigation can be further improved.This paper analyzes the research status of "intelligent ship" at home and abroad,and then demonstrates the necessity of optimizing the structure of the tugboat company.In the selection of propulsion device,this paper studies the domestic status,security situation,cost changes and laws and policies of clean energy engine,and gives corresponding suggestions.Then,according to "design process of new tug","selection of rudder and propeller system","selection of main engine system" and "design of propulsion device",the type selection and performance matching of propulsion device are carried out.Through calculation and analysis,the type selection design of main propulsion device is completed.The rudder propeller system selects "R" brand us-155 model,and the main engine selects "W" brand w6120 model.After the equipment selection is completed,the intelligent design is carried out according to the code for intelligent ships,including:network platform,optimization of ship navigation,monitoring of hull state,engine room alarm system,fault analysis,health value evaluation,ship energy efficiency,etc.Finally,intelligent management of ship navigation,hull status,engine room management,energy efficiency management and so on is realized.Through the design of new tugboat propulsion device and intelligent monitoring system in Tianjin port,the deficiencies in the project field are largely made up.The design has certain reference significance for domestic shipping enterprises and tugboat enterprises.
