The performance and requirements of hydraulic cylinders in engineering are becoming more and more stringent with the rapid development of modern science and engineering technology.Therefore,the test requirements for hydraulic cylinders are getting higher and higher.At present,the measurement and control technology of the hydraulic cylinder test bench has the problem of low automation and intelligence,which makes it difficult to guarantee the measurement accuracy.The measurement and control technology of the hydraulic cylinder test bench severely restricts the production quality of the hydraulic cylinder.Therefore,it is necessary to improve and perfect the hydraulic cylinder test bench to ensure the accuracy of the experimental data.The new test bench can improve the technical level of hydraulic cylinder production and the performance of hydraulic cylinders.The paper takes the construction machinery hydraulic cylinder type test bed as the research background,a set of hydraulic cylinder type test system was developed based on laboratary virtual instrumentation engineering workbench(Lab VIEW)and programmable logic controller(PLC).The paper systematically analyzed the theory and technology of hydraulic cylinder test,studied the hardware and software required by the test system,and established a high-precision large-scale comprehensive test platform in order to simulate the actual working conditions of construction machinery.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The development of hydraulic cylinder type test principle and technology is described,the development status of hydraulic cylinders,measurement and control technology and the development of virtual instrument technology based on Lab VIEW have been studied.The test items realized by the hydraulic cylinder test bench were summarized,and the composition and principle of the hydraulic cylinder type test were studied.(2)According to the working characteristics of the hydraulic system of construction machinery,a comprehensive test platform was designed for its hydraulic cylinders.The hardware sensor of the test system was selected according to the composition and principle of the hydraulic cylinder type test,a PLC control system was developed and designed based on the actual situation to realize the automatic and manual control of all test procedures.(3)Finally,a user interface was created based on Lab VIEW and the controlled objects were controlled.The hydraulic engineering field simulation test bench can realize data collection,data output,data display and data recording.The developed system has a friendly interface,various curves can be displayed intuitively on the display screen,the system is easy to operate,and has a high level of automation,and can monitor proportional valves and on-off valves in real time;At the same time,the experimental data is stored to generate the experimental report,which is convenient for later research.The all modules are connected together based on the object linking and embedding for process control(OPC).The system can simulate various working conditions of actual construction machinery under the control of a computer,and carry out static and dynamic performance tests on hydraulic components.The experimental results show that the developed test system is stable and reliable,and the data is accurate and efficient.It provides data support for the performance of the hydraulic cylinder,greatly improves the production efficiency,and has great guiding significance for the production and inspection of the hydraulic cylinder. |
