With the rapid development of logistics and transportation today,strengthening the supervision ability of carless transportation is an important foundation to ensure the safety and stability of logistics order in China.Due to the complex role of the participation in the carless transportation system and the wide space coverage,it objectively increases the difficulty of supervision.In the context of the serious lack of information technology means,the safety supervision and risk control in the process of carless transportation are mostly carried out by means of traditional ideas,and the implementation cycle of the carless transportation process is long.Therefore,the participating parties are often unable to accept the transportation task quickly,which reduces the information transparency and inhibits the development of the transportation system.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a carless transportation system to solve the above problems.The development of carless transportation system USES technologies such as MVC design pattern,Mybatis framework,Spring Boot framework,Android platform and MYSQL8.0 database.The front-end page is developed using VUE technology.After the network architecture is built,the UML modeling language is used to design the structure of all modules,such as information release and whole-process monitoring,and the relationship between the entities of the carless transportation system is determined in the database design stage.Display part of the front interface in the function realization stage of the carless transportation system;after setting up the test environment,integrated test was carried out on the vehicle-free transportation system,and then the test situation of the system was comprehensively summarized.The carless transportation system implements modules such as information release,online trading,whole-process monitoring,financial payment,online evaluation,query statistics,and APP.In the information release module,the functions of releasing supply of goods and carless mode are realized,and the functions of publishing files and drivers are also realized.In the online trading module,the functions of bidding and dispatch under the online state are realized,and the functions of supply warehouse management are realized.In the whole-process monitoring module,the functions such as waybill scheduling management and shipper waiting for receipt are realized.Fund flow statement management,verification and reconciliation management and other functions are realized in the financial payment module;The on-line evaluation module can realize the functions of shipper’s waiting for evaluation and publication evaluation.The statistic function of fund,complaint handling and waybill is realized in the query statistic module.Through the APP module to achieve mobile resource publishing and other functionsThe application of the system is conducive to the orderly development of the carless transportation system,facilitating the regulatory authorities to grasp the transportation status quickly and timely,so as to implement the concept of safe production management in the field of carless transportation.At the same time,it promotes the rapid flow and sharing of carless transportation information,effectively reduces the process of carless transportation,and promotes the communication and exchange among the owners,shipowners and the platform.
