Research On Risk Control Of International Credit Card Online Payment Of Domestic Airlines Business

As a convenient non-cash payment tool,international credit card is widely used all over the world,its business volume has been growing steadily these years.In most parts of the world,international credit card payment accounts for nearly half of total consumer payment.With the continuous growth of international trade at home and the increase of international business travel,the application of international credit card payment is expanding steadily.Domestic airlines,who have extensive contacted with passengers all over the world,with the continuous development of international routes and e-commerce,have recognized that the demand of paying by international credit card is gradually increasing.Most major domestic airlines have successively added international credit card payment to their on-line cashier.S airlines,as one of the major domestic airlines,the proportion of international business is also increasing year by year.Since 2018,S airlines has been receiving complaints from passengers,expressing their dissatisfaction with the company’s lack of international credit card payment method,this fact revealed the adverse impact of the lack of international credit card payment.After investigating the situation of major domestic airlines,it is found that airline companies generally use the international credit card online payment service provided by third-party payment suppliers in order to provide passengers with convenient payment experience and facilitate subsequent settlement work.S airlines decided to purchase and launch international credit card online payment in direct sales channel in order to strengthen the competitiveness of direct sales channel,and improve the customer experienceAs a acquirer,S airlines must understand the complex business process and various potential risks in advance,and try to avoid the possible capital loss by taking proper risk control measures.Based on research background above,this paper adopts literature analysis,interview analysis,case analysis,and combines with the real business of S airlines in order to study the risk control of international credit card online payment.First,through reviewing the current research of relevant problems,we can understand the basic process,common risks and business problems of international credit card online payment,summarize experience,and provide theoretical support for the formulation and implementation of the international credit card online payment risk control;secondly,based on the understanding of the basic process of international credit card business,through the investigation of domestic business status,this paper form an interview outline for airlines and suppliers,and then use content analysis to comprehensively study the explicit and implicit content contained in the interview materials,deeply interpret the essential content contained in the interview information,extract the key issues and give specific solutions in the following chapters,analyse risk formation mechanism and control means;thirdly,this paper summarizes the credit risk points and corresponding prevention and control measures in the business scenarios of airlines by collecting and analyzing the real credit risk control cases,and then forms the risk management plan.This paper achieves innovation both in theory and practice parts.In theory,this paper analyzes the international credit card online payment and risk control with the combination of ticket sales,refund,customer service and other elements.On the basis of the existing research,this paper supplements the blank of literature research on international credit card payment in airline companies,and provides a reference for the theoretical research in the context of subsequent related business.In practice,this paper improves the business process and risk management under the airline company’s business background,especially considering the special dishonor situation of irregular flights in novel coronavirus epidemic situation,finally formed a project plan of international credit card online payment risk control for airlines,which can provide aids for airlines who plan to launch international credit card online payment and risk control system.
