Application And Research Of Mixed Uses In The Renewal Of Existing Residential Areas In China

The concept of mixed uses has been paid more and more attention in Chinese urban construction.Although the concept of mixed uses has existed for a long time,it has not been applied systematically for a long time.In view of the existing residential renewal problems in our country,as well as the common single function closed community in various cities,this paper discusses the possibil ity of the application of mixed uses in i t,and provides direct ion and strategy for the application of mixed uses in residential renewal through the application framework and practical application cases.Based on the history of mixed uses in the renewal of existing residential areas in China and the west,this paper discusses the development pattern of mixed uses in the renewal of existing residential areas and its relationship with social background.At the same time,considering the problems in the renewal of existing residential areas in China,this paper analyzes and interprets the main types,characteristics and problems of the current renewal of residential areas in China through the relevant research and analysis.The third chapter builds the research framework of mixed uses in residential renewal.Aiming at the existing residential problems,it clarifies the goal of mixed uses in the renewal of existing residential areas,and establishes the operation aspect of mixed uses through three levels of functional organizat ion,spatial organizat ion and traffic organization,and finally explains the internal driving force of the realization of mixed uses,establishing the application framework of mixed uses in existing residential areas.The fourth chapter analyzes the actual operation and effect of mixed uses in the renewal of existing residential areas by studying some cases in major cities in China.Through the comparison of different cases,it has a deeper understanding of the application of mixed uses practically.The fifth chapter summarizes the application framework and case studies,divides the application scope of mixed uses in residential renewal,and puts forward the application principles and strategies of mixed uses in existing residential renewal,and makes response to the relevant problems of the application of mixed uses.The application of mixed uses in the renewal of existing residential areas in China is a changing process.With the changes of the times,we need to design the possibility of mixed uses consciously,weigh the balance position of mixed uses in the renewal of modern social residential areas.And based on this,we put forward the scope of application and principles and strategies.
