In the case of carrying out the relief work in a natural disaster emergency, whether emergency resources can be timely, safely and reliably delivered to the demand points of affected areas directly determines the rescue work can proceed smoothly. In order to improve the efficiency of delivery of emergency resources, we need to accurately analyze the actual situation after natural disaster, so as to grasp transport conditions, thus helping policy-makers to develop a reasonable emergency rescue plan and select the best distribution route, ensuring the delivery of emergency resources and improving the efficiency of emergency rescue.Based on the summary of the present research situation of domestic and foreign theories, this paper mainly analyzes the current research results of the emergency rescue vehicle routing problem, and then puts forward the research content of this paper: Research on path optimization of emergency vehicles in different stages of natural disaster emergency rescue, as well as introducing the related basic theory.Then, the study focuses on sorting out integrated thoughts and methods of modeling and solving problems. First of all, this paper studies the impact of various factors on the driving of emergency vehicles after the disaster, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the reliability of emergency rescue vehicles in emergency road network, which reflects the analysis and grasp of the actual situation; Secondly, according to the characteristics of natural disasters and emergency rescue, emergency rescue is divided into two stages:rescue emergency phase and ease rescue phase, on this basis, this paper determines the different stages of the objective function respectively to establish the model; In the process of modeling, in the face of emergency vehicle driving reliability, total travel time and total cost, the multiple objective problem is transformed into single objective problem by non dimensional method and multiple objective optimization method; Finally, the paper put the total weight calculated by the above approach into the emergency network, then the emergency vehicle routing problem can be transformed into the shortest path problem, and according to the shortest path problem solving algorithm, the optimal solution is obtained.In this paper, a practical case is used to verify the rationality and feasibility of the modeling method, and then it is proved that the research process and method system of this paper has certain reference value. At the end of the paper, the paper summarizes the full text and analyzes the shortcomings of this study, as well as pointing out the expectations of the follow-up study.
