Research And Design Of The Children's Infusion Chair

At the beginning of 2016,China began to implement the two child policy.According to the public data released by the National Bureau of statistics,since the implementation of the two child policy,the birth rate of the second child in China has greatly increased,and the proportion of the second child in the total birth population has reached 51.2%.However,the current market for children's design related products are unbalanced,compared with the current popular children's entertainment design,children's education design and other related fields.In the field of children's medical treatment,there are few researches on the design of children's infusion seat which is more suitable for children's physiological and psychological safety and comfort.In this paper,through field research,questionnaires and other ways to collect the relevant data to support the research of the paper,based on QFD method to analyze the data,find the potential needs of users,and draw the corresponding design principles.In order to improve the comfort and cooperation degree of transfusion for sick children,ergonomics was applied to design and study the functional structure and size of transfusion equipment for children.The specific design and research work are as follows:Through online and offline research,the survey data are obtained,descriptive analysis is carried out on the data according to QFD method,after comparison,the potential needs of users are sought,the user's language is transformed,and finally clear design guidelines and design principles are obtained.The research provides data support for the research of this paper,and provides a clear direction for the design of children infusion equipment.In this paper,through the research and design of children's seat and children's infusion products' interest,ease of use and simplicity,combined with the concepts of children's behavioral psychology,environmental psychology and humanized design,fully considering the different needs of children's patients,accompanying family members and medical staff,the infusion equipment suitable for children of 0-3 years old and 3-11 years old is designed.Based on the design criteria and ergonomics,the appearance and structure of children's infusion equipment are designed.The main color is high brightness and low purity color.Finally,three specific design practices are obtained,including the design of mother baby care infusion bed,foldableinfusion chair and infusion frame.In the design practice,the materials of the infusion equipment are determined by consulting the material manual,and the engineering drawings for the design of children's infusion products are drawn to ensure the feasibility of the production and manufacture of children's infusion products.The design basically meets the needs of children of different ages for the practicability,ease of use and interest of infusion equipment,and provides several different infusion products for infusion children,so as to improve the comfort level of children during infusion.For the results of this research and design,we hope to be able to apply it to the future medical environment for children,because the product can really take into account the physiological and psychological conditions of children,and also take into account the anxiety of parents when children transfusion.It can be seen that the product can improve the medical environment for children in the future.It may have a broad application prospect in the future market of children's infusion products,which provides a valuable reference for the design and application of children's infusion products.
