Improving the safety and reliability of clinical infusion has been the goals of medical staff.In order to ensure the safety of infusion,improve the comfort of patient and facilitate the management of medical staff,it's of great significance to achieve intelligent control of venous transfusion.This paper designs and manufactures an intelligent infusion device which can be thermostatically controlled based on stm32 and QT.The system is mainly composed of hardware circuit,embedded software which is aimed at controlling thermostatically and central monitoring software.The intelligent infusion device has many functions such as temperature control,real-time monitoring of temperature fluctuations,and abnormal temperature alarm.The paper mainly includes the following aspects: According to the environment,condition and requirement of the medical institution,introducing the overall structure of the intelligent infusion device and designing of hardware circuit;Proposing and applying the improved PID algorithm for embedded software to achieve constant temperature control,designing human-computer interaction and ensuring infusion safety.Introducing PC monitoring and management software sampling patients' temperature data in real time via RS232 serial port,while real-time monitoring of infusion temperature,abnormal alarm can be emitted when needed to ensure the safety of infusion process;Analyzing the test results of the intelligent infusion device.And the experiments verify the system function.The intelligence infusion equipment has many advantages such as accurate temperature controlling,small fluctuations,safe,easy to carry,cheap and good human-computer interaction.This system not only improves the safety of the infusion process,but also relieves the pressure and improves the working efficiency of the medical staff.
