Our country in recent years,advocate green water castle peak is the jinshan yinshan type of urban construction,energy conservation and emissions reduction strategy and sponge.For the civil engineering industry,it is particularly important to precisely develop the sustainable foundation pit support technology.Therefore,the contradiction caused by the problem of land use red line also becomes more and more severe with the improvement of urban space development.In contrast,most of the traditional foundation pit support technologies and common support forms are unable to be recovered and recycled after permanent landfill or demolition,resulting in waste.In recent years,with the research on the quality of steel and the significant results of smelting,the recovery process of steel pile is also relatively mature.Therefore,this paper to increase the application of steel pile support research for the future support engineering can effectively carry out energy conservation and emission reduction and environmental protection measures has a significant engineering reference and significance.The purpose of this paper is to study a new type of fabricated steel pile with flange,which is mainly used in soft soil area.Using the new steel pile can speed up the construction,increase water effect,the pile lateral resistance,reduce resource waste and to increase social benefits.The specific research contents and methods of this paper are as follows:(1)By reading a large number of literature,periodicals and books,the existing research on steel pile and its applicable scope and characteristics are sorted out and summarized.This paper presents a new type of steel pile with large rigidity,strong bearing capacity against lateral bending,good safety performance,convenient construction,obvious water stop effect,environmental protection and economic price.(2)Optimize the design of steel piles in soft soil area.Firstly,the deficiencies of steel piles are known through comparative analysis.Then,the design of steel piles is grouped and classified according to possible influencing factors by using control variable method.(3)Three-dimensional foundation pit support simulation was carried out for an assembled steel pile with flange by means of finite element analysis to study the influence of the new steel pile on the foundation pit support deformation under the change of five factors such as the acute Angle of steel pipe pile,steel pipe pile thickness,flange thickness,flange plate length and steel material.Finally,the corresponding rules and conclusions are obtained by means of summary and induction,which provide effective Suggestions for the final design of new section steel pile.(4)Select the appropriate construction method according to the characteristics of the designed new section steel pile,including the preliminary discussion of the design and construction process of steel pile,and the countermeasures and matters for attention to the common phenomenon of excessive deviation in the piling process.Finally,conclude that the new steel pile in soft soil region the best support form.It is proved that the five factors have different effects on the internal force and deformation of the new steel pile,and the plate length of the flange plate has the most significant effect.Combined with the characteristics of new section steel pile as assembled structure,there is a systematic macroscopic control of steel pile construction technology.
