With the increase of the total number of vehicles, how to improve the efficiency of vehicles when road safety is ensured has become a world-renowned problem. Thus,Vehicle to Everything(V2X)which combines vehicle, mobile communication technology and etc.has become a hot research topic to solve above problems. The challenge that V2X has to face in the future includes:(1)high density of vehicles in urban,(2)vehicles' complex driving mode,(3)diverse types of communication services. The application of automatic driving, remote driving and entertainment services put forward the demand for transmission of large amount of data and aperiodic services in addition to security services generated periodically.Due to limited spectrum V2X can apply, how to make full use of limited wireless resources is an urgent problem to deal with.Hence, this paper explores wireless resources management schemes focusing on vehicle to vehicle(V2V)communication under non-orthogonal access mode(NOMA),aperiodic traffic model as well as when vehicles move in platoon pattern based on the framework of NR-V2X(New Radio-V2X)which is the new phase of cellular Internet of Vehicles and builds the system level simulation platform for simulation and verification. The first part of the research is the resource management scheme of V2V based on NOMA.First, resource allocation strategy based on the movement characteristics is designed by utilizing spectrum cluster. After that, the vehicle transmission power is adjusted by machine learning with the goal of maximizing total packet reception ratio of the surrounding receiving vehicles. The simulation results show that compared with the sensing mechanism, the proposed resource allocation scheme has better communication performance. In the second part, the short-term sensing resource allocation scheme with the process of "detection-exclusion-selection" is proposed under the aperiodic traffic model on the base of information that transmit in control channel indicating the utilization of data sharing channel in physical layer. After analyzing the effect of different factors through simulation, three improvement schemes are further proposed. The results show that the proposed resource allocation scheme have higher packet reception ratio. As for the third part, the interference of receive vehicles under different communication modes are analyzed firstly in the scenario of the coexistence of platoons and vehicles. Then, vehicles with different communication modes are divided into three sets. The resource allocation scheme aiming at the minimum sum of time delay in the communication within the platoon is proposed which uses hypergraph theory to find the three-dimensional matching.Simulation results indicate that the proposed resource allocation scheme enables V2V communication links both inside and outside the platoon to achieve higher packet reception ratio.
