| As a key communication technology in the field of Intelligent Transportation System,C-V2X communication(Cellular Vehicle-toEverything Communication)realizes a wide-range connection among vehicle-to-vehicle,vehicle-to-infrastructure,vehicle-to-pedestrians and vehicle-to-network.It provides the environment perception ability beyond visual range for the intelligent network connected vehicles,and establishes the communication foundation for the cooperation between vehicles and everything.While C-V2X provides convenience for the Internet of Vehicles,it also faces problems such as low efficiency of spectrum and energy in resource-constrained environment,information leakage,invalid utilization of spectrum resource,and abnormal driving state in the face of passive or active attacks.These problems are particularly serious in C-V2X mode 4,which pose a serious threat to the efficiency and security of resource allocation in the Internet of vehicles.Due to the lack of research on the combination of resource allocation and communication security,this thesis studies and implements the platoon collaborative resource allocation scheme based on C-V2X.This thesis analyzes the platoon’s efficient and safe utilization of resource allocation in resource-constrained scenarios with passive attack and high speed straight through road scenarios with active attack,such as Sybil Attack.For these two different problems,this thesis puts forward two solutions,which are a security-aware scheme to enhance spectrum and energy efficiency,and a platoon resource defense scheme under active attack mode.For the resource-constrained scenario,this thesis designs a securityaware scheme to enhance spectrum and energy efficiency based on deep reinforcement learning,which includes the design of efficient platoon framework considering security awareness and the application of deep reinforcement learning algorithm.For the high speed direct traffic scenario,this thesis designs a platoon resource defense scheme under active attack mode,and the strategy is implemented.The scheme mainly includes robust regression model prediction of RSSI sequence of member cars in the platoon and platoon information decision-making based on election system.Finally,the simulation is carried out through the system level simulator of C-V2X mode 4.The main contents are as follows:(1)Research and implementation of DRL-based joint optimization strategy of spectrum and energy efficiency considering C-V2X security.First,the optimization objective function of SE and EE for V2V/V2I links and constraints on the secrecy rate of V2V links are constructed through communication scenario.Then DQN is used to learn how to allocate subchannel and dynamic transmission power securely.Through the continuous interaction between the communication link and the environment,the model achieves the optimization purpose finally.(2)Research and implementation of platoon resource defense scheme in active attack mode.Firstly,the influence of Sybil Attack on platoon spectrum resources and traffic resources is analyzed and verified from two dimensions of resource allocation and road traffic.Then,using the data of RSSI and CAM obtained from the C-V2X simulator,the robust regression model prediction and the voting information decision of the platoon members’ RSSI sequence are carried out,and the advanced nature of the resource defense scheme is verified by simulation. |
