With the rapid development of China's economic society and the advancement of urbanization,the number of motor vehicles has been increasing,and the urban transportation problems caused by it have become increasingly prominent.Issues such as traffic congestion,traffic accidents,and environmental pollution caused by vehicle exhaust have severely affected the efficiency of urban regional road networks and municipal traffic management.Urban traffic managers need to find reasonable and efficient traffic control solutions to solve these questions urgently.Among the many factors that affect the traffic efficiency of intersections in urban areas,optimization of the control of intersection signal lights is one of the most important factors,and the main content of modern traffic management.Utilizing the online real-time traffic simulation system,urban traffic managers can observe and analyze regional traffic flow changes,establish an online simulation environment to reproduce the real traffic flow state,and optimize the timing and parameters of signal timing,simulate different traffic scenarios,and use online traffic simulation to verify the effectiveness of the signal light scheme,such a system has become an effective experimental tool and exploration platform for decision-making of traffic schemes.Under the above background,this paper studies the shortcomings of existing traffic simulation systems,combines the advantages of IoT sensors,flow data processing,distributed systems and other technologies to design and implement an online decision-making and real-time simulation system for urban signal lights.So municipal traffic managers can verify the effects of signal light schemes and obtain more scientific and reliable traffic signal decision schemes more effectively.In this paper,the related technologies and theories are firstly studied in depth.The key problems and difficulties that need to be solved in the system,this paper proposes reasonable solutions algorithms and technologies.The first point is how to collect,process and apply traffic flow data.The stream data processing operator is able to aggregate and store the traffic flow data according to the time period and road segment.The second point is the establishment of a reliable simulation environment.In this paper,a graph network based on regional road segment sensors is implemented for static The algorithm of flow allocation,modeling simulation requirements,and improving the algorithm based on the lack of algorithm,that is,the lack of regional sensor data in the real data,supports the establishment of simulated traffic requirements from real traffic flows,thereby establishing a reliable signal light solution simulation environment The third point is the difficulty for the system to support multi-user online real-time simulation.This paper designs a distributed simulation task execution engine that encapsulates each simulation request into a simulation task for distributed processing,improving the system's availability in a multi-user scenario.According to the use scenario and functional requirements,the system architecture design is carried out,and the detailed design and specific implementation of each functional module are implemented.Including the flow data module,traffic road network module,signal light and traffic equipment module,and traffic simulation module.Finally,the system was unit tested and integrated tested,and multiple test cases were designed for each module function,verifying that the system meets the functional requirements in the design goals.
