At present,the development of equipment manufacturing industry plays an important role in the development and construction of national economy.Bulldozer products are an important part of equipment manufacturing system.With the urgent needs of infrastructure in China,the development of construction machinery has been greatly promoted,and the traditional manufacturing is gradually transformed into intelligent manufacturing.As the core of construction machinery and equipment manufacturing industry,the whole machine assembly process is particularly important for the optimization and improvement of assembly line design.With the continuous development of national infrastructure construction,the overall assembly manufacturing capacity should also be improved simultaneously,and the information requirements for the production and manufacturing system are also constantly improved.Therefore,this paper takes the sd16 bulldozer assembly line of W company as the research object,and improves the assembly line from two aspects of production rhythm balance and manufacturing information management.According to the requirements of the beat analysis of the assembly line,the production line operation analysis method is proposed.Mainly from the perspective of time observation and analysis to formulate standard working hours and carry out production operation analysis research.The results show that the method can promote the match and balance of production rhythm,and provide theoretical basis for the improvement of production line;for the intelligent manufacturing management system of assembly line,the paper analyzes the establishment of intelligent manufacturing IOT platform and the development of online monitoring and information system.In view of the problem that the existing sd16 bulldozer assembly capacity of W company can not meet the annual output of 6000 units,the bottleneck processes affecting the assembly production rhythm are found out:front hood assembly station and gear chain hub assembly station.Then,starting from the production rhythm of bottleneck process,the production line is redesigned by means of line body balance analysis,and the front hood automatic load transfer machine and gear chain hub automatic assembly unit are developed.The results showed that the annual production capacity of sd16 reached 6000 units,the production rate decreased from 34.2min to 27.8min,two operators were saved and the balance rate of assembly line was increased by 9.2%.In view of the inconsistency between information flow and material flow in bulldozer assembly line of W company,a production information management system(MES)was developed.The detailed design of production planning business,production field business,production feeding business,equipment business and visual management business was carried out.The results show that through the effective implementation of MES system,the informatization of hardware system integration,production planning and scheduling management,material management,quality management and process management has been realized;the assembly line information collection and product quality traceability have been realized,and the bulldozer manufacturing business innovation,transformation and upgrading have been promoted.
