Power grid plays an important role in national economy,the people's livelihood,and national energy security.The full use and conservation of electrical energy can not only reduce the production cost of the national economy,but also have important significance for the national environmental protection and ecological security.The ratio between various losses in the power grid and the amount of power supply is called the line loss rate This indicator is an economic indicator that determines the profitability of the power supply company,and a comprehensive indicator that reflects the management of the power supply company.Compared with the generation and transmission sides,the development of China's distribution grid is relatively lagging,and it does not match the overall level of the power industry and the national economy's requirements for power supply reliability.The backwardness of the technical level and management level leads to a high line loss rate in China's distribution grid,which accounts for half of the whole grid loss.It is imminent to reduce the line loss of the distribution grid.Reducing the line loss rate through technical and management measures is of great significance for increasing social power supply and improving the profitability of power supply companies.In this paper,the line loss of the distribution grid in China is taken as the research object,and the line loss of the distribution grid of Rongcheng Power Supply Company is taken as the specific verification object.The theoretical research and empirical study of the line loss control of the distribution grid are conducted to explore the reduction of the line loss rate of the distribution grid Effective measures.This article first reviews relevant theories,including the concepts related to line loss,line loss control,distribution grid,and electricity theft,and briefly introduces the theory of project management and the theory of natural monopoly industries.At the same time,the researches on line loss calculation and line loss control by domestic and foreign scholars are reviewed.Next,this article introduces the factual characteristics of line losses in China's power distribution grid.Based on the analysis of current problems in China's power distribution grid,it analyzes the reasons for the current line loss rate of the power distribution grid from both technical and management perspectives.Then,the main calculation methods such as the root-mean-square method of the line loss calculation of the current distribution grid are introduced,and a suitable line loss analysis and calculation process is given based on the characteristics of the distribution grid itself.Based on the technical and management issues faced by the line loss of the distribution grid,this article gives the feasible technical and management loss reduction measures to reduce the line loss rate.Finally,this article takes Rongcheng Power Supply Company as a case.After introducing the overall overview of the current company's line loss,the reasons for the high line loss rate are analyzed.The company's implementation of the power distribution grid loss reduction is given by technical measures and management measures.The line loss rate of the 5 lines after the transformation has been greatly reduced,which validates the technical and management loss reduction proposed in this article Effectiveness of measures.Aiming at the current situation of frequent electricity theft in the distribution grid,this paper proposes to build on the raw data accumulated in recent years by the electricity consumption information collection system.After the raw data is output,a database is established.The method of principal component analysis is used to mine the potential power consumption characteristics of users,electricity behaviors should be reported to the police in time to cooperate with the electric power inspector's surprise inspection to combat the theft of electricity.The article concludes with a summary and puts forward policy recommendations for the issue of line loss control and line loss management in China's distribution grid.
