In today’s society,electricity is one of the indispensable sources of energy.Most of the tools that people use in their normal working life consume electricity.The use of electricity will inevitably generate electricity expenses.Nowadays,in order to be able to pay less or not pay electricity bills,some people use various illegal means to achieve the purpose of stealing electricity.Theft of electricity not only causes great loss of profits for the power supply companies,but also poses a great threat to the safe and stable operation of the power grid.The problem of theft of electricity continues to be banned.How to further improve the anti-electricity stealing power of the power supply companies and how to better combat the illegal acts of stealing electric power is imminent.To tackle theft,we first need to understand how theft is generated.Understanding the means of stealing electricity is more conducive to finding and discovering theft.To determine whether the customer has stolen electricity,the energy metering device must be checked on site.The number of customers under power supply companies is huge,and most customers are able to use electric energy legally in accordance with the provisions of the Electricity Law.Therefore,how to lock down customers suspected of stealing electricity from the vast sea of people is an issue that needs to be explored.Whatever method is used to steal electricity,the loss of electricity is not measured by the electric energy metering device,which will inevitably lead to the corresponding line or station power supply and electricity sales imbalance.This part of the electricity stolen will be counted as the loss of power line loss,which will cause the line loss rate to rise in a straight line,far beyond the theoretical line loss value.Through real-time monitoring of line loss and analysis of actual data,the causes of line loss anomalies affecting lines or stations are found out,and the suspected customers are locked down.The suspected customers are listed as the key review objects to further narrow the scope of search and dispatch power consumption inspection specialists.Tracking and inspecting personnel to determine the potential stealing position and power stealing means,accurate and effective crackdown on power stealing,not only improve the probability of detection of power stealing,but also improve the efficiency of handling affairs,greatly saving human and material resources.Monitoring of line loss data provides an effective way to implement anti stealing electricity.This paper studies the calculation of theoretical line loss of power grid,and clarifies the causes of line loss and the factors that may affect the abnormal line loss.Through the analysis of the methods and means of power stealing,it provides technical means and theoretical support for accurately cracking down on power stealing.Then it makes use of the relationship between line loss and power stealing and calculates the line loss based on the line loss.The theoretical calculation results of line loss of kilovolt and 0.4 kilovolt power grids are analyzed,and the judgment method of stealing power based on line loss analysis is found.In thispaper,two anti-theft methods based on maximum value of line loss theory and abnormal fluctuation of real-time line loss rate are proposed for 10 k V transmission lines.An anti-theft analysis method for 0.4 k V transmission lines is proposed.The feasibility of the anti-theft method is verified by a practical case.This paper uses the data of Benxi Grid as a support,analyzes the line loss conditions,and takes the line loss of the line or the station area as the research object.Through the locking and analysis of the abnormal line loss,it compares with the theoretical values of the line loss,and compares the line with the power usage of the customers under the jurisdiction of the district,combined with existing methods and measures for anti-stealing,seek for more efficient methods of anti-theft,thus providing ideas and methods for reducing the possible scope of the theft and increasing the efficiency of anti-theft.
