Abstract/Summary:
Shell-and-tube heat exchangers are widely used in petrochemical,food,medicine and other fields,and are an important part of production equipment.It’s working performance and heat exchange efficiency will have an important impact on the stable operation of production.With the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements and the increasingly shortage of natural resources,the requirements for heat exchanger waste heat recovery,energy conservation and consumption reduction are also gradually increasing.In this paper,an original heat exchanger with poor heat transfer performance is analyzed,and the material selection,structural design,manufacturing acceptance and other aspects are discussed in detail,so as to reduce the weight,improve the performance and achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.Firstly,the research status of shell-and-tube heat exchangers at home and abroad is reviewed.After that,starting from the process conditions and parameters,according to the requirements of industry standards and specifications,this paper makes a detailed study on the selection of equipment and materials,strength calculation of pressure parts,processing technology design and other aspects,and completes the selection of materials,structural optimization,and determination of processing technology requirements.On this basis,it draws the construction assembly diagram and parts diagram of shell-and-tube heat exchanger,and designs a heat exchanger equipment that is technically feasible,economical,reasonable,safe and reliable.Reasonable selection of materials plays a decisive role in the safety and reliability of equipment.In this paper,the material standard of heat exchange tubes and the type of tube sheet materials are revised to improve the reliability of pressure parts.By adjusting the connection mode between the tube plate and the shell-side barrel,the hidden danger of leakage at the joint between the shell-side barrel and the tube plate is removed.By optimizing the arrangement of heat exchange tubes,the number of heat exchange tubes is increased,the heat exchange area is increased,and the heat exchange efficiency is improved.By re-selecting the corrosion allowance value and calculating the strength of the pressure parts,the thickness of the material is reduced and the production,operation and maintenance costs of the product are reduced.The reliability of product performance is ensured by strengthening the inspection of processing technology.On this basis,this paper redraws the product according to the requirements of the design specification,and designs the assembly drawing and parts drawing,which can guide the processing,manufacturing,operation and maintenance of the product.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the design of shell-and-tube heat exchangers in the future.
