| With the continuous development of society,there are more and more municipal landscaping projects,but the following problems are that the cost of greening projects is gradually rising,and the scale of investment is constantly expanding.Based on the problems of engineering design,management and cost optimization,this paper takes the landscape greening project of Guangzhou Asian yuncheng city and the wenjingshan Park project of Xian city as the research object,and carries out multi-angle and multi-stage optimization control based on the study of the optimization management method of project cost in different stages.The cost control method is summarized and summarized.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)summary of the present situation:based on the research content of municipal gardens at home and abroad,based on the premise of meeting the needs of landscape functions and environmental construction as a priority,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the cost of landscape greening projects,including greening projects,garden buildings,garden hydropower and other engineering elements.It is concluded that key impact factors account for more than three quarters of the total project cost.(2)optimization the cost management of each stage:from the perspective of the construction party,according to the different characteristics of the project cost management in the design,bidding,construction,and maintenance stages,put forward the relevant optimization management measures,and finally control the project settlement price within the approved cost limit.(3)practice study:taking the landscape greening project of guangzhou asian games city and the wenjingshan park project in xi’an as a case study,the system of cost control is interpreted,covering the planning,budgeting,control,and accounting of project costs.the settlement amount of its cost is compared with the contract amount,and the results of project cost management are analyzed.at the same time,the decision of the early stage of the project is paid attention to seedling planting,project design quota,project tender measurement and bill of quantities,and so on,so that the project achieves the purpose of optimizing the cost and saving costs.(4)research findings:the balance between bid price,budget price and control price is obtained by comparing and analyzing the landscape greening projects investigated.and through the control of the cost management of the five stages of the project(pre-design,tendering,construction,and completion),in the end,the key to the optimization of project cost is to pay attention to the budget,design optimization cost,tender implementation of measurement and pricing,construction cost control,and completion of the finished product protection. |
