In the current research on the rotating system of swivel bridges,the stress on the contact surface of the spherical hinge and the specific stress distribution of the spherical hinge are not very detailed,and there are few specific literatures involved.In order to more accurately grasp the force characteristics of the rotating system during the turning process and solve engineering problems,by taking actual engineering as the research background,the following tasks are mainly completed: the development history and current research status of the swivel bridge are introduced,The research content is put forward;the MIDAS finite element software is used to model the swivel bridge to analyze the overall force status;afterwards,based on the finite element analysis theory and elastic mechanics theory,the stress analysis of the rotating system is made in detail Formula derivation;Then,by using ANSYS finite element analysis software,the key parts of the bridge are numerically simulated and calculated,and the relevant stress and strain distribution and change rules are obtained;real-time measurement data is obtained through the test equipment,and the finite element calculation results are carried out Comparison analysis to guide construction and reduce errors.Finally,through the unbalanced weighing test,the important rotation parameters of the swivel bridge are measured and calculated,such as: unbalanced torque,eccentricity,friction coefficient,etc.,then the traction force is calculated,and the counterweight scheme is proposed to ensure that the bridge rotates in place.
