The Research On Evaluation Of Modern Building Industry Cluster

With the continuous advancement of China's economy and society,the construction industry is developing very rapidly,but the traditional construction industry has many drawbacks,such as long construction period,low construction efficiency and serious pollution.Therefore,it is increasingly important to change the extensive production mode of traditional construction industry.Research and practice at home and abroad have proven that the modern construction industry has the advantages of reducing energy,resources and environmental protection.Under the background of the development of two-type society,the development of modern construction industry is the inevitable direction of the transformation of traditional construction industry,and the modern construction industry cluster is the inevitable trend of the development of modern construction industry,so we must pay close attention to the development of modern construction industry cluster.How to determine its development level has become a top priority in the development of modern building industry clusters.Therefore,this paper evaluates the modern building industry clusters,finds the weak links in the development of modern building industry,gives countermeasures and suggestions,and promotes modernity.The construction industry cluster has developed rapidly.This paper takes the modern building industry cluster as the research object and develops it by proposing problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.Firstly,the research background and purpose of this paper are introduced.The status quo of domestic and international research is analyzed from the four aspects of modern construction industry,industrial cluster evaluation index entropy theory and comprehensive evaluation price method.Secondly,based on the analysis of modern construction industry,industrial cluster,entropy theory and comprehensive evaluation theory,based on the construction principle of index system and the analysis of the operation mechanism of modern construction industry cluster,from the perspective of modern construction industry cluster process and effect Starting from the construction of the evaluation index system of the modern building industry cluster,including six first-level indicators and 24 second-level indicators.Thirdly,according to the selected evaluation index system,the traditional entropy method is improved,and the improved entropy method is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index.Furthermore,the comprehensive evaluation method is compared and analyzed.The improved entropy method,grey correlation method and TOPSIS evaluation method are used to comprehensively evaluate the modern building industry cluster,and the above three methods are integrated by using the evaluation method.This will identify the evaluation method suitable for the modern building industry cluster.Finally,taking Shenyang City as an example to evaluate the modern building industry cluster,draw conclusions and give countermeasures.In this paper,the modern construction industry cluster as the starting point,on the basis of a large number of references to build an evaluation index system,identify the most suitable method for the evaluation of modern construction industry cluster,and carry out a comprehensive evaluation of modern construction industry cluster in Shenyang.The results show that the improved entropy method is a more suitable comprehensive evaluation method.The development momentum of modern construction industry cluster in Shenyang is generally good,and the growth and stability of development capacity need to focus on improving the competitiveness of modern construction industry cluster in Shenyang.As the basic work of promoting the development of modern construction industry cluster,this paper not only enriches the theoretical research of modern construction industry cluster,but also points out the direction for the development of modern construction industry cluster.The evaluation results also provide important reference for scientific decision-making to a certain extent,and play an important role in promoting the development of modern construction industry cluster.
