Investigation And Analysis Of Plant Landscape Design In Residential Area

Plants,as an important part of environmental landscape,play an important role in landscape design.In the development of residential plant landscape design,how to make the residential plant landscape better fit the needs of residents has become an increasingly important research topic.In the actual work,the author received the feedback from the residents on the low satisfaction of the plant landscape designed by themselves.For this reason,the author investigated and analyzed the plant landscape in the residential area with high click through the Internet in Beijing area,and discussed whether there was a deviation between the plant landscape design and the residents' needs in the preferred real estate.Taking the five residential areas of Beijing as the research object,30 plant landscape units were selected as the survey sample,and 14 indexes were finally determined as the scoring factors through the experts' layer by layer selection.The most recognized scoring method,AHP,was used to score the plant landscape in the residential areas of Beijing.At the same time,the residents' scores of 30 plant landscape units were investigated,and the differences between the comprehensive scores of plant landscape and the residents' scores were analyzed.The results show that the comprehensive score of plant landscape design of 30 sample plots is relatively consistent with that of residents,which shows that the basic judgment of the designer for the project is relatively accurate.There are a few aspects that designers do not consider in place or lack of consideration,mainly reflected in the following aspects: the designer's lack of excavation of functional plants;the planting design of the activity site is not detailed enough;the designer's subjectivity is too strong,and the site investigation is not sufficient;the design and the later construction and management lack of good communication.Analyze the problems found in the survey,and finally put forward targeted solutions.A plant landscape that really meets the needs of residents puts forward higher requirements for the design work of planting designers in all stages.In the early stage of the design,the site should be fully investigated to fully consider the needs of the crowd and reduce the impact of subjective thinking;in the design process,the plant landscape with different characteristics should be designed according to the physiological and psychological needs of different groups of people in the activity site;and functional plants should be collected in many ways to maximize the advantages of plants,so that the plant landscape can better serve people's life In the later stage of design,keep good communication with construction personnel and maintenance personnel to ensure that the landscape effect after landing can restore the design to the greatest extent.
