The space simulator is a kind of ground multi-functional comprehensive experimental equipment which is used to simulate the cold-black,vacuum,solar radiation and other environmental conditions in the field of aerospace.The heat sink temperature control system is an important part of it.At present,in order to monitor and manage the heat sink temperature control system process and related status,"PLC module electric control scheme combined with general configuration software" is widely used to build diversified software and hardware systems in the space simulator industry.However,with the development of society and electronic technology,the nationalized intellectual property,convenient operation and faster response speed are key directions of its optimization and development.In this thesis,firstly,the structure of heat sink temperature control system,gas-liquid nitrogen temperature process and temperature control principle of the space simulator used in Huayu branch of Lanzhou Vacuum Equipment Co.,Ltd.are analyzed.By combing and analyzing the control signals of the heat sink temperature control system,the control requirements and control difficulties of the heat sink temperature control system of the space simulator are studied.Secondly,the research status and development trend of high precision temperature control system at home and abroad are investigated,and the mainstream temperature control equipments in the market are summarized and analyzed.Lastly,the embedded technology is used to design a temperature control software and hardware system based on gas and liquid nitrogen working medium,The system uses STM32F407ZGT6 microprocessor of Italian semiconductor company as the core processing unit.Besides,it uses four wire PT100 thermistor temperature sensor,AD7124-8 special new thermistor ADC chip,AD5755-1high-precision DAC chip and ADuM5411 digital isolation chip of Adeno semiconductor company,and uses incremental PID temperature control algorithm to achieve the system temperature control accuracy better than ± 0.5 ?.The system design of this thesis mainly includes two parts: hardware circuit design and software design.Using Altium Designer 19 professional electronic drawing software completed the main control module circuit,ADC signal acquisition circuit,DAC voltage / current output circuit,SPI communication circuit and other hardware circuit schematic diagram and PCB design work,completed the embedded code writing using the ARM professional integrated development environment MDK.The preliminary test is completed by setting up the test platform in the early stage,through the joint commissioning test in the laboratory,the basic technical indicators have reached the predetermined design goals,solving the problems of slow response,many interference signals,high cost,etc.in the temperature control system of the conventional,and at the same time,it has the characteristics of stable operation,low power consumption,simple wiring,etc.The research and design practice of this thesis has certain reference significance and market application value for the improvement and promotion of heat sink temperature control technology of the space simulator.
