With the continuous development of urbanization,barrier-free travel is an important indicator to reflect the level of the city.Urban barrier-free travel service groups mainly include the elderly,infants,pregnant women,people with physical disabilities and other mobile inconvenience groups.At present,China's urban barrier-free travel situation can not fully meet the travel needs of appeal groups.At the same time,in order to solve the problem of traffic congestion,people and vehicles diversion.In this paper,a new type of track-type barrier-free overhead crane is proposed,and the following specific research work has been done.(1)This paper systematically puts forward and designs the new travel mode of rail-type barrier-free overhead crane,and discusses its advantages and key technologies,specific technical parameters,main hardware selection and the requirements of carrying carriage in detail.(2)Based on the modern design methods such as Pro/E,the parametric mathematical modeling of the track structure is carried out,and the strength of the designed track structure is calculated and analyzed,the analysis results show that the Stability Coefficient of the rail beam meets the requirements,and the feasibility and rationality of the designed rail structure are demonstrated.(3)Based on the finite element software Ansys,the finite element model of the track structure is established,and the static simulation analysis of the track structure under the typical working conditions such as snow pressure,no wind and wind is carried out respectively,the analysis results show that the track structure adopted in the design is reliable under each load condition and can meet the design requirements.(4)The intelligent hydraulic counterweight system is adopted and its energy saving rate is analyzed.Compared with the traditional standard frequency conversion system,the energy saving rate of the intelligent hydraulic counterweight system is more than 43.64%.(5)The safety,comfort and waterproofing of the prototype are tested according to the existing standards to collect the basic data for the development of relevant standards for the market.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can completely cover the situation of barrier-free access in future cities,and let more people with mobility disabilities participate in the production and life activities of the whole society.
