Due to the increasingly serious environmental problems,absorption refrigeration systems that can utilize low-grade heat drive are widely concerned.However,due to the low refrigeration efficiency of the traditional absorption refrigeration system and the large throttling loss.And ammonia-water,lithium bromide-water,etc.as traditional refrigerants have many shortcomings in the refrigeration process.Therefore,the research focus on absorption refrigeration system is to build a new type of refrigeration system to improve the refrigeration efficiency of the system.At the same time,we must also look for new types of refrigeration working fluids.The new refrigeration working fluids should not only meet the refrigeration needs,but also be environmentally friendly.In view of the above problems,on the basis of previous studies.In this paper,CO2as a refrigerant is a natural refrigerant that does not destroy the ozone layer,Ionic liquid[emim][Tf2N]is a new type of green,environmentally friendly and efficient,it is used as an absorbent,and a new vortex tube-jet absorption refrigeration system is proposed.Two refrigeration devices,vortex tube and ejector,are coupled in the refrigeration system,and the CO2 refrigerant and the inlet solution of the absorber are cooled by the cold end of the vortex tube before throttle.Because the pressure of the fluid at the cold end of the vortex tube is too low,which leads to the imbalance of the entire system,Therefore,the ejector is used in the refrigeration system,and a small amount of refrigerant vapor at the outlet of the generator is used to eject low-pressure gas at the cold end of the vortex tube.Without directly consuming electricity,increase the fluid pressure at the cold end of the vortex tube to the evaporation pressure.The new vortex tube-jet absorption refrigeration system not only realizes the secondary utilization of energy,but also improves the cooling efficiency of the system by coupling the two refrigeration devices of ejector and vortex tube,At the same time,it avoids the low pressure of CO2 entering the absorber,which leads to the problem that the solubility of refrigerant in the absorber is too low,which affects the normal operation of the system.This article first analyzes the working principle of the new vortex tube-jet absorption refrigeration system,and combines the energy conservation law,the mass conservation law,and the main performance parameters of the ejector and the vortex tube to establish a mathematical model of the system.The establishment of the mathematical model is the basis for analyzing the performance of the refrigeration system.The established mathematical model mainly includes the mathematical model of each component of the system and the heat transfer calculation of the main equipment.Secondly,Based on the mathematical model,the objective function is established with the maximum COP as the optimization objective,and the system is optimized and solved for the objective function when the system boundary conditions are met.In order to verify the performance of the system,the performance of the traditional injection absorption refrigeration system was compared under the same operating conditions,and the heat load of the main equipment and the heat transfer coefficient of the equipment in the system can be obtained by optimization.Based on the calculation results,the main equipment of the system is selected for structure.The structure selection includes the determination of the structure of the main equipment and the calculation of the main dimensions.The final size of the main equipment is finally obtained through reasonable selection calculation.Finally,the article analyzes the effects of operating parameters such as heat source temperature,cooling water inlet temperature,and coolant temperature on the system performance,and compared the COP of traditional refrigeration system,and traditional jet absorption refrigeration system under the same working conditions.Provide a theoretical basis for the next step of experimental research on the new vortex tube-jet absorption refrigeration system,and also lay the foundation for future research on absorption refrigeration systems.
