The study of the dynamic characteristics of logarithmic spiral bevel gears is a necessary link for design,development and production applications,as well as an effective way to understand its dynamic characteristics.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the dynamic characteristics of logarithmic spiral bevel gears.Firstly,the dynamic excitation parameters of the logarithmic spiral bevel gear are analyzed,Then the meshing stiffness and the impact force of the engagement are analyzed and studied,Finally,the dynamic equation of the logarithmic spiral bevel gear is established,and the Runge Kuta algorithm is used in matlab A program is compiled in the software to solve the built model,and the response result is obtained.The research content mainly includes:1.Calculation of meshing stiffness :The meshing stiffness of the logarithmic spiral bevel gear determines its carrying capacity,and it also greatly affects the dynamic characteristics of the logarithmic spiral bevel gear.Therefore,the research on the meshing rigidity and the design of the logarithmic spiral bevel gear in the early stage,Production and application,have very practical significance.The meshing stiffness refers to the normal contact force that the logarithmic spiral bevel gear undergoes per unit deformation in the contact area.This article chooses to use the finite element method to find the above two parameters: First,the three-dimensional model of the logarithmic spiral bevel gear is imported into Hypermesh for cutting,fine meshing and other finite element preprocessing;then the finite element model of the logarithmic spiral bevel gear is imported into ABAQUS,after setting the relevant parameters of the finite element analysis,the load contact analysis is performed on the model,the comprehensive deformation and normal contact force of the logarithmic spiral bevel gear are derived in the result processor.According to the definition,the meshing stiffness of the logarithmic spiral bevel gear is obtained,and finally the meshing stiffness curve is fitted by interpolation.2.Aiming at the problem of vibration noise in logarithmic spiral bevel gears during transmission,the analysis determines that the impact force is the main cause of noise,and quantitati-vely calculates the impact force and the main factors affecting the impact force.Firstly,by analyzing the tooth surface equation of the logarithmic spiral bevel gear,the approaching method is used to determine the position of the meshing point;then based on the position parameters,the meshing stiffness and meshing impact velocity are calculated using ABAQUS based on the logarithmic spiral bevel gear meshing theory,and further derivation The expression of the impact force is given out.Finally,using this expression,a pair of typical logarithmic spiral bevel gears are calculated and analyzed.The analysis shows that the speed and width of the logarithmic spiral bevel gear have a large influence on the meshing impact force,and are approximately linear.When the logarithmic spiral bevel gear transmission ratio is 1,the meshing impact force is the largest.The ABAQUS simulation verifies the correctness of the analytical calculation.3.Solving the dynamic equation of logarithmic spiral bevel gear: firstly,by analyzing the logarithmic spiral bevel gear pair transmission system,the logarithmic spiral bevel gear dynamic model is established,and the matrix parameters are determined;Using the Runge Kutta lgorithm to write a program in the Matlab software,the dynamic response of the logarithmic spiral bevel gear is solved.
