In today's society,both production and life are inseparable from the development and utilization of water resources.However,China is a country with relatively short water resources.In order to solve this problem,China has successively introduced a number of policies related to water resources management,development and utilization,in order to improve the efficiency of water resources utilization.In this context,many enterprises have been eliminated by society due to weak water conservation awareness and serious waste of water resources.Therefore,handling enterprise production and scientific and efficient use of water resources is the basic task for today's enterprises to save production costs and enhance their own competitiveness.The scientific use of water resources cannot be separated from the rational evaluation and analysis of enterprises' own water consumption.Only by continuously carrying out water-saving evaluation work can we find the problems that occur in the process of water extraction,water use and drainage of the enterprise itself.At the same time,the evaluation of corporate water-saving capacity is also the focus of work to implement the government's efforts to strengthen corporate water regulation and further tap its own water-saving potential.However,at present,the analysis of enterprises' own water consumption basically stays on the more basic method of comparing with the water withdrawal quota.In order to carry out more scientific evaluation of water-saving enterprises,this paper combines existing evaluation methods and evaluation indicators to carry out research on the evaluation index system and evaluation methods of water-saving enterprises The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1).The current status of water use in China and the research progress in water saving evaluation of enterprises are introduced in detail.(2).Analyze the methods and indicators used in the current evaluation of water-saving enterprises,and explain their main problems.The necessity of further perfecting the current water-saving evaluation index and establishing a water-saving enterprise evaluation system was elaborated.Established the principles for constructing a water-saving enterprise evaluation system.The water-saving evaluation indexes that can truly reflect the current situation of water withdrawal,water use and drainage of enterprises are screened,and an evaluation index system for water-saving enterprises is constructed by using these indicators.(3).Through comparative analysis of several calculation methods that can be used to calculate the weight of the index,combining the characteristics of relatively more water-saving evaluation indexes and strong levels of the enterprise,the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of each index of the water-saving enterprise evaluation system method.The detailed steps of calculating the index weights by analytic hierarchy process are explained in detail.(4).The water balance test method is used as a method to test the current status of water use of the enterprise,and a water balance test is performed on a steel company in Handan City using this method to calculate the specific value corresponding to the evaluation index of the enterprise.(5).This paper uses the water-saving enterprise evaluation index system constructed in this paper to evaluate a steel company in Handan City,and analyzes the water-saving potential of the enterprise based on the evaluation results.
