High mobility off-road transport vehicle is a kind of light transport vehicle with strong maneuverability,which can be used in mountainous and other complex areas.It has good passability,strong power,mobile and flexible,and has transport function.It is very important to complete the transportation task under the condition of bad road condition.Firstly,the quality parameters,geometric size and platform size of the vehicle are set according to its functions and characteristics.Secondly,the selection and parameter determination of the engine,the selection and matching of the transmission system and the assemblies that affect the vehicle's performance,and the dynamic matching analysis of the model with hydraulic torque converter are carried out.Dynamic performance is the most basic performance of high mobility off-road transport vehicle,and it is an important aspect of high mobility of off-road transport vehicle.The power performance of the whole vehicle depends on the matching of the engine and the transmission.Research on the dynamic performance of high mobility off-road transport vehicle is the premise of further research on the performance of the vehicle,so in the process of development of its dynamic performance matching calculation and optimization is essential.In addition,the computer simulation of the vehicle dynamic performance can enable the designer to predict the dynamic performance at the beginning of the vehicle design,can predict whether to meet the design requirements,and then shorten the development cycle,in the process of vehicle development has important significance.The dynamic performance was evaluated by calculating the maximum speed of vehicle,the maximum gradient of climb,the ability of acceleration,and the ability of towing.High mobility off-road transport vehicle combines the characteristics of truck and off-road vehicle,so the evaluation of its mobility performance should not be limited to its dynamic performance,but also consider the evaluation of its passing performance and transport capacity.Therefore,based on its ability to climb and accelerate,it should be evaluated for its high passing performance,high off-road ability and good safe transportation.The passability was evaluated by calculating the minimum clearance from the ground,the width of the trench,the height of the vertical barrier and the maximum driving side slope.It is especially necessary to study the optimization design of off-road vehicle.In this paper,the dynamic performance optimization of off-road vehicle is firstly mathematically modeled,and the objective function and optimization variables are determined.The main objective of the optimization is to ensure the maximum,so that the acceleration time is the shortest,and then the optimal transmission ratio is determined to achieve the optimization of the vehicle dynamic performance.With the help of MATLAB genetic algorithm tool,this paper discusses how to optimize the transmission ratio of the gearbox when the engine parameters have been timed,so as to make the powertrain reach the best matching degree,and analyzes the influence of the shifting law on the power performance.Finally,the application of MATLAB in the simulation analysis of dynamic matching,dynamic performance calculation and optimization is discussed.
