Study On Reconstruction Of Chaoyang People's Park Based On The SD Method

Old city park are the witness and the symbol of city development.However,with the progress of the times,the functions and management services would often "age" in varying degrees.Therefore,the renovation of old city parks has gradually become inevitable.Certainly,compared with the design and construction of new parks,the renovation of old city parks is also facing more challenges and difficulties.Taking Chaoyang People's Park in Liaoning Province as the research object,the analysis and evaluation before the renovation of the park are launched,and a scientific and reasonable renovation strategy is formed by various questionnaires with "public participation".Therefore,the transformation scheme from the overall layout,landscape elements to key landscape nodes is completed.At the same time,based on the renovation plan,the analysis and evaluation of the renovation effect of the park are carried out.Furthermore,the transformation results are verified to a certain extent.The first round of questionnaires before the park renovation included closed questionnaires and Likert scale questionnaires.Among them,the results of the closed questionnaire show that Chaoyang People's Park is a relatively important place for Chaoyang residents with high popularity and deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.The overall environmental assessment of the park and the plant foundation is graceful due to age reasons.However,there are some problems,such as mixed road space,no sense of direction during sightseeing,most facilities damaged but not repaired in time,poor water body,weak cultural expression,etc.The results of Likert scale show that the overall problems of the park are manifested in seven aspects,namely,the park's vegetation is slightly less beautiful,the buildings are seriously damaged by aging,the artificial facilities are partially scattered,the culture is lacking,the water environment is lacking,the management is insufficient,and the road zoning is lacking.The order of people' approval degree is:vegetation(4.00)> buildings(3.43)> artificial facilities(3.13)> culture(3.07)> water body(3.06)>management(2.97)> roads(2.93).Before the park renovation,the second round of SD method evaluation questionnaire was carried out on 10 evaluation sample pictures and 12 landscape feature evaluation factors.The results show that the interior landscape of Chaoyang People's Park has a good evaluation in the aspects of overall landscape openness,quietness and attraction,while the evaluation aspects that still need to be strengthened are pavement effect,landscape functionality,management and cultural atmosphere.The scores of each partitionevaluation sample are also different.Hereby,the transformation strategy of Chaoyang People's Park landscape optimization overall layout,landscape elements and key landscape nodes have been formed,and the corresponding transformation technical scheme has been completed.The third round of SD method evaluation is based on the transformation effect diagram corresponding to the second round of 10 evaluation samples and the same 12 evaluation factors.The results show that the scores of 12 evaluation factors are significantly higher than those before the transformation,which means that the deficiencies and problems in each sample have been effectively solved before the transformation.This study shows that the renovation of old city parks with public participation is more targeted.It is hoped that this study can provide an effective idea,strategy and method for the renovation of old city parks.
