With the development of the market economy and the continuous progress of science and technology,the continuous application of new materials,new technology,many domestic transformer manufacturers began to introduce foreign advanced manufacturing technology and equipment,and continue to develop low-loss transformers and transformers of various structural forms.The impact of these macroeconomic situations has forced PTTX to reposition the company's development strategy and business direction,and to think about how the company can continue to maintain stable and efficient economic growth and development,and to urge PTTX to solve the problems of internal operation processes and management methods.Adapt to changes in corporate development strategies and business directions,as well as diverse customer and market needs.This thesis first introduces the background and significance of the thesis research,the current research status of process reengineering at home and abroad,and the content,methods and routes of the thesis research.Then,the Business Process Reengineering(BPR)and value chain theory are further summarized and concluded,and the fundamental methods and guiding principles of process reengineering are pointed out to provide a theoretical basis for PTTX BPR.Secondly,this thesis is sufficient for the transformer core industry,summarizes the basic situation of PTTX company,analyzes the background of PTTX company process reengineering and the current status of process operation,points out the disadvantages of the company's process operation and management,illustrates the reality and urgency of PTTX BPR.Then,the thesis sorts out the framework of PTTX's overall process,clarifies the company's core business processes based on the value chain theory,and focuses on in-depth analysis of the PTTX company's core BPR and supporting guarantee implementation plans,to achieve operational transformation based on process results and goals.After that,analyzes and summarizes the key performance of PTTX's operating process changes and plans for continuous improvement.Finally,the main research conclusions and expected research items are summarized.As facing the opportunities and challenges of enterprise development in the new economic environment,this thesis provides strong support for PTTX company to achieve the sustainable and healthy development,and provides reference for the majority of small and medium-sized transformer core industry and power transformer enterprises in the industrial chain.
