Vacuum circuit breaker is one of the core equipment of electric locomotive.Its safe and stable operation determines the safe and stable operation of electric locomotive.In the operation of vacuum circuit breakers,some faults often occur,and some faults are difficult to catch.Therefore,real-time detection of the operating status of the vacuum circuit breaker is required for the safe and stable operation of electric locomotives.Aiming at the problem of the lack of monitoring of the working status of vacuum circuit breakers for electric locomotives,this paper designs an online monitoring system for vacuum circuit breakers of electric locomotives.This system collects real-time data of vacuum circuit breakers and uses BP neural network algorithm to determine the real-time fault status of vacuum circuit breakers,which reduces the labor intensity of vacuum circuit breaker maintenance and repair work,and improves the safety factor of stable operation of electric locomotives.The main research contents and results obtained in this article are as follows:(1)The structure and working principle of the vacuum circuit breaker are studied,the circuit model,closing and opening of the vacuum circuit breaker are analyzed,and the common faults of the vacuum circuit breaker and the causes of the faults are summarized.For the mechanical characteristics of vacuum circuit breakers,the parameters to be determined in the input layer of the fault degree model were analyzed,the output layer parameters of the fault degree model were designed,and the fault degree model of the vacuum circuit breaker was built.(2)A BP neural network based fault degree model for electric locomotive vacuum circuit breakers was constructed.The fault degree model of vacuum circuit breakers and the original maintenance strategy were simulated and analyzed,and the failure degree model of vacuum circuit breakers and the original maintenance were verified.The combined effect of strategies provides a reliable reference for the realization of condition maintenance.The effectiveness of the failure model was verified,and the practical feasibility and reliability of the failure model were determined.Finally,the number of training groups collected by the vacuum circuit breaker is analyzed.Through simulation analysis,it is found that when the data group reaches 100 or more,the degree of fit of the fault model is the highest.(3)The design idea of the online detection system for vacuum circuit breakers of electric locomotive is proposed.According to the design requirements of the vacuum locomotive vacuum circuit breaker online detection system,the design ideas and schemes of the electric locomotive vacuum circuit breaker online detection system are proposed,and the frame structure of the electric locomotive vacuum circuit breaker online detection system is constructed.According to the scheme and structure of the online monitoring system The hardware circuit and software program of the online monitoring system are designed to provide a software and hardware platform for the online monitoring failure model.(4)An on-line monitoring test platform for vacuum circuit breaker failure levels was constructed and field tests were performed.First of all,the physical development of the vacuum circuit breaker failure online detection system is developed,and the various interfaces of the system are explained one by one in combination with the specific situation.Secondly,the on-line monitoring system of vacuum circuit breaker failure degree was installed and tested in the field.Through the detection of signal data,the actual cause of the vacuum circuit breaker failure was analyzed,and the vacuum circuit breaker failure degree online detection system was found and solved in practical applications.Defects and deficiencies verify the accuracy and reliability of the system.
