The development of the Internet and e-commerce platforms has provided a wider stage for agricultural product sales.Fresh fruit is a necessity for residents,so fresh fruit e-commerce has gradually become the main area for e-commerce to enter in recent years.Most fresh fruits have characteristics such as post-ripening and perishability,which makes the distribution process of fresh fruits more difficult.One of the main reasons is that fruit farmers cannot fully grasp the maturity level of the fruits at the time of delivery and maturity change law of fresh fruit in the transportation.Meanwhile the quality of fresh fruits during transportation is difficult to control,which greatly reduces the quality of the fruits received by customers.Therefore,in this paper,the maturity change law of fresh fruit during transportation is combined with the cross-region fresh fruit distribution process,in order to reduce the damage of fresh fruit during the distribution process and improve the fresh fruit distribution system.During the distribution process of fresh fruit,the occurrence of some uncertain events(changes in transportation conditions,uncertain traffic conditions,and uncertainty of driving behavior of drivers,etc.)makes the distribution time of fresh fruit relatively uncertain.Therefore,In the research of fresh fruit distribution process,fuzzy time is used for fresh fruit transportation time between two adjacent stations to make the model more realistic.Firstly,this article analyzes the actual distribution scenario to construct a cross-region fresh fruit distribution network flow model to make the expression of the fresh fruit distribution process clearer.Then,it analyzes the existing literature to obtain the change law of ripeness after fresh fruit picking.Establish a quantitative grading method for fresh fruit maturity based on the law of maturity change after fresh fruit picked,which provides a basis for the construction of a cross-region fresh fruit distribution route optimization model that takes fuzzy time and maturity into consideration.The distribution cost of fresh fruit is divided into three parts: transportation cost,penalty cost and fresh fruit damage cost.Based on the fresh fruit distribution cost structure,a cross-region fresh fruit distribution route optimization model considering fuzzy time and maturity is established.According to the characteristics of the model,a simulated annealing algorithm is proposed and designed to solve the model,and a numerical experiment is taken with kiwi as an example.Finally,comparing the results obtained from the route optimization model of cross-region fresh fruit distribution with consideration of maturity and the optimization model of cross-region fresh fruit distribution without considering maturity,and further conclusions are drawn.In the process of solving the model,the kiwifruit was taken as an example to quantify the maturity,and the kiwifruit maturity change rate was used as a sensitivity analysis variable to analyze the maturity time of fruits with different maturation rates,and then the corresponding parameters were provided for the model solution.By using the ?-cut method to deblurring the fuzzy time,the precise time at different levels of uncertainty and optimism were obtained.The different maturity parameters were used to solve the model,and the following conclusions were obtained:(1)The introduction of fresh fruit maturity into the cross-region fresh fruit distribution process can greatly reduce the damage rate and penalty costs of fresh fruit during the distribution process,and improve customer satisfaction levels;(2)When the maturity change is not considered in the fresh fruit distribution process,road transport is the main mode of transport for fresh fruit,and when the change of maturity is considered in the fresh fruit distribution process,the faster the maturity changes,the more obvious its effect on the fresh fruit distribution scheme,air transportation gradually replaces road transportation as the best distribution scheme;(3)For some fruits that need three or more days to reach edible maturity(kiwi,banana,etc.),it is recommended that fruit farmers mainly adopt road transport in the absence of major natural disasters,and for fruits that mature within two days(strawberries,Cherries,etc.)suggest that fruit farmers mainly use air transportation,and if the environment for fresh fruit transportation is particularly optimistic,other transportation methods can be considered;(4)It is suggested that when optimizing the fresh fruit distribution process,logistics enterprises should customize the distribution scheme according to the fresh fruit sales season,such as opening a special train for agricultural products transportation in the peak sales season to reduce the distribution cost,etc.,at the same time,they should appropriately reduce the transfer times of fresh fruit,reduce the transportation time and loss of fruit,and ensure the quality of fresh fruit in the transportation process.
