Research On Evaluation And Protection System Of Revolutionary Sites

The revolutionary site inherits the revolutionary spirit and maintains national unity.It is a precious wealth to promote Chinese culture and a deep nourishment to unite Chinese power.It has now become an important part of China’s cultural heritage.The revolutionary site has received increasing attention from the state,and has issued related policies such as "Opinions on the Implementation of the Revolutionary Cultural Relics Protection and Utilization Project(2018-2022)" and "Several Opinions on Strengthening the Reformation of Cultural Relics Protection and Utilization".China’s urbanization rate reached 60.60% in 2019.China is experiencing a large-scale and rapid urbanization process.Due to insufficient attention to the protection and utilization of the revolutionary old sites,the revolutionary old sites have been damaged to varying degrees.While ignoring the revolutionary old site itself and the protection of historical scenes,the lack of educational functions of display of old sites and chaotic management abound.Therefore,there is an urgent need to establish a related protection and utilization evaluation system,evaluate and screen the old sites,select representative,high-value sites for key protection and utilization,and find problems in the evaluation in time,provide a basis for targeted development of protection and utilization strategies,and promote revolutionary history and culture Heritage.This article consists of four parts:The first part: introduction and research review.It mainly discusses the research background and significance of the revolutionary old site,defines related concepts of the revolutionary old site and clarifies the research objects,elaborates the research content,research methods,innovation points and technical routes of the dissertation,and displays the logic of the dissertation;Analyze typical cases,and interpret related theories such as cultural heritage protection,place and environment,display and use,and evaluation.The second part: Introduction and research review.Clarify the background and significance of the research on the revolutionary site,determine related concepts,select research areas,and elaborate the research content and methods,innovations and technical routes of the dissertation;summarize the domestic and foreign research on the revolutionary site,analyze typical cases,combine cultural heritage protection,places and the environment,Display and utilization,evaluation and other related theories.The third part: An empirical study of the revolutionary site in Fuping County.The 38 typical sites in the county area were selected as the research objects and evaluated: Overall,the protection and utilization of the revolutionary sites in Fuping County were uneven and not optimistic.Through cluster analysis,four types are obtained,and their main characteristics are analyzed.The oldest site with the best level of protection and utilization: It has important historical impact throughout the country.It has been rated as a state-level cultural protection unit.The old site is fully preserved and the environment is coordinated.The exhibition facilities are complete and the educational function is outstanding.The old site with good protection and utilization level has important historical influences in the region.The old site itself is partially damaged and is in harmony with the environment.The display facilities are single and the education and communication efforts are insufficient.The protection plan has not been implemented and there is a lack of specialized management institutions.Protection of old sites with moderate or poor level of utilization: The historical impact scope is only at the county level,the level of cultural protection units is very low,county level or unclassified,the site itself is seriously damaged,and it is extremely inconsistent with the surrounding environment;there is no display space,education and communication Lack of functions;no protection planning,severe shortage of management staff and funds.The fourth part: Research on the Protection and Utilization Strategy of Fuping County Revolutionary Site.Based on the above analysis,according to the current situation of the revolutionary old site,the protection and utilization strategy is proposed from the three levels of heritage protection,inheritance,reasonable utilization,and effective management.
