The electromagnetic heating method is used to achieve the thin plate hot compress film process,which has the outstanding advantages of efficiency,fast response and better controllability.During the heating process,the temperature uniformity of the thin plate depends on the uniformity of the vortex field to ensure,and the uniformity of the temperature of the thin plate depends on the uniformity of the eddy current field.Constructed by the vortex field,the uniformity of the thermal field has the more complicated relationship with the spatial structure and layout of its coils and electromagnetic control methods.We adopts the method of numerical simulation for the electromagnetic heating of thin plate,analyzing the effect of current,frequency and other parameters on temperature uniformity of thin plates under different heating structures.An effective basis for the design of the thin plate electromagnetic heating system is provided.First,we analyze the electromagnetic heating characteristics of thin plates,mathematical models of eddy current field.Temperature field and boundary conditions are established according to the electromagnetic heating of thin plates.Using ANSYS to establish a three-dimensional model of single coil thin plate heating and numerical simulation,analysis of the distribution law of the electromagnetic field,eddy current field and temperature field of the thin plate under the single coil heating structure and the effect of current intensity and heating frequency on the temperature uniformity of the sheet.Secondly,according to the above simulation results,we build multi-coil 3D simulation models with different structures and perform numerical simulation,analyzing the temperature distribution of thin plates of honeycomb heating structure and new matrix heating structure.By comparing the simulation results of single-coil heating structure and multi-coil heating structure,we learned that the temperature uniformity of the new matrix heating sheet is better than other heating structures.Finally,the new matrix multi-coil structure is taken as the research object,using the causal analysis method in fishbone diagram to sort out the factors,which affects the temperature distribution of the thin plate and analyzes the influence of current intensity,heating frequency,air gap length,adjacent coil spacing,thin plate thickness and other parameters on the temperature uniformity of thin plate,obtain and optimize the main influencing parameters through orthogonal experiment.We simulate the optimized parameter model again.By building a heating system experiment platform,verify the correctness of the simulated heating model,the magnetic field of the thin plate and the distribution law of the temperature field to support the above research.
