Research On Seat Design Of New Energy Vehicle Based On Ergonomics

With the popularization of the concepts of environmental protection,low-carbon life and sustainable development,the domestic and foreign consumer market of new energy vehicles is becoming more and more mature,and the output and sales volume have been significantly increased.Automobile designers have proposed various schemes to improve the vehicle comfort of new energy vehicles.The seat is the most direct part that the occupant and the vehicle have the most contact with,which is used to support the occupant's weight,reduce the vibration and impact transmitted by the ground,and provide safe and comfortable riding conditions for the occupant.However,at present,the design of domestic related products still follows the design principles of traditional fuel vehicles,and the characteristics of new energy vehicles are not fully considered.Based on the ergonomics principle,this paper explores and discusses the seat comfort,safety and overall shape of new energy automobile,and tries to design a safe and reliable,comfortable ride,more advanced and scientific new energy automobile seat.Through a user questionnaire,4S shop salesman conducting market research and user interviews and other methods,for the user habits,use feeling and price and so on to carry on the preliminary understanding,statistics,analysis of new energy car seat use present situation and weaknesses,in the process of absorbing the existing new energy car seat products in function,modelling,the material aspects of the advanced experience.Based on the characteristics of new energy vehicles and users' psychological and humanized design needs,this paper uses ergonomics as the theoretical basis to make a design breakthrough and optimization.Firstly,based on ergonomics,according to the human body size of Chinese adults,the seat size parameters of new energy vehicles are adjusted and optimized to discuss the static comfort,dynamic comfort and operating comfort of seats of new energy vehicles.Secondly,it collects the knowledge of traditional fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles,analyzes the seat design trend of new energy vehicles,and designs the modeling language and symbols that represent the characteristics of seats of new energy vehicles.Finally,according to the research results and the product design theory,the improved design ideas were determined,and Solidworks,Keyshot,Photoshop,CATIA V5 software were used to construct the 3d digital model,render,render the effect drawing and analyze the ergonomics.
