With the wide use of torque wrench,a high precision automatic full-range torque calibrator is urgently needed to replace the existing single range calibrator.Therefore,it is particularly important to research and develop the automatic full-range torque calibrator,especially the key parts of spline shaft and transmission sleeve for torque transmission device.In this paper,one automatic full-range torque calibrator designed and manufactured by Shaanxi Jie-Chuang Technology Co.,Ltd.is studied.According to its structural characteristics and working principle,the research and design of two key partsthat are spline shaft and transmission sleeve is carried out.On the basis of analyzing the structure and working principle of the existing torque calibrator,the overall design scheme of the automatic full range torque calibrator is determined,and the design method and work flow of key parts and transmission sleeves are put forward.According to the established work flow,the precision design and finite element analysis are carried out on the spline shaft and the transmission sleeve respectively.After measuring the actual size of the parts,the strength check is carried out.The model reconstruction of the parts is carried out by UG software,and the finite element analysis of the parts is carried out by using the ANSYS software.In view of the actual size and the design requirements of the parts,the detailed precision design is carried out,the engineering drawing of the precision design is completed,and the parts manufacturing and assembly debugging are carried out according to the engineering drawings.On the basis of the torque loading performance experiment and the mechanical performance test of the calibrator,the selection of the reverse design results,especially the tolerance principle in the precision design,is fully improved and optimized The final improved design engineering drawing is obtained,which achieves the desired design goal of the automatic full-scale torque tester.The work in this paper provides an effective way for the design and research of the key parts of the automatic full-scale torque calibrator.The conclusion is of great significance not only to the test and performance evaluation of mechanical parts,but also to the reverse design and analysis of other complex mechanical equipment.
