| With the advent of 5G era,the control mode of construction machinery will change accordingly,and remote control will be one of the future development directions of cranes.Remote control of the crane has many advantages,such as improving operation efficiency,effectively reducing personal safety accidents,saving labor cost and working in bad environment.Based on this,this article will carry out related work for the design and Studies of the crane remote control system.Based on Human-Machine interaction theory and FBS design model,this article aims at the target group and combines with the functional requirements of the crane control system.By observing and recording the user’s operation process,the task model of the users and the functional requirements model of the crane remote control system are established.Conduct behavior observation experiments for task processes,deeply analyze user behavior characteristics,construct user interaction paradigms and prototype designs during remote control,construct interaction processes that need to be transformed into remote control systems,and interactions that need to be improved in remote interaction systems Process to form a corresponding experimental basis for the design and Studies of this subject.According to user Studies and experiments,the Human-Machine interaction model of the crane remote control system is constructed,and then combined with functional requirements and user behavior characteristics,the structural composition of the crane remote interaction system is obtained based on the design and analysis method of FBS(function-behavior-structure),and then according to the Human-Machine interaction theory study and design a concrete solution.Finally,the ergonomics evaluation of the design scheme is carried out based on AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),and Creo Manikin is used to perform ergonomic simulation analysis and iterative design Studies.In this article,conceptual design,ergonomic evaluation and optimal iterative design are carried out for remote control of construction machinery by means of experimental Studies and behavior analysis.A set of novel and feasible design process is established,which can effectively shorten the equipment Studies and development cycle,promote the interdisciplinary integration of design,control science,mechanical design and other disciplines,and has significant theoretical Studies significance and application value. |
