Reducer assembly is an important part in pure electric vehicle powertrain,its effect is to regulate the speed and torque between the motor and the vehicle,make the power output characteristics match the vehicle driving characteristics,meet the requirements of the vehicle driving.Therefore,to strengthen the control of reducer assembly quality,improve product reliability is of great significance.The reducer assembly in this project is a new developed product of a car company,matching the company’s first pure electric vehicle.This article is divided into three parts summarizes analysis and improvement of several kinds of problems in the reducer assembly from the project start to the car selling stably in the market,accumulated develop experience,raised on pure electric vehicles reducer assembly features.In The first part,the article introduces the design and key technical points of reducer assembly.This product match FF power arrangement,transformation are realized by two stage gear transmission,fixed ratio,and integrated differential.The key points of design include toothed shaft design,connection design,housing design,etc.The structure and function of reducer assembly are similar to traditional transmission assembly and we can draw lessons from the development experience of traditional transmission assembly to design and analysis reducer assembly.In the second part,the article analyzes two cases of abnormal wear and abnormal sound in the spline fit between reducer input shaft and the motor output shaft,Then Propose corresponding solutions.The spline fit design is refer to the parameter of the spline fit between traditional transmission and clutch,according to the fault phenomena analysis,modify the incompatible design for electric motor driving characteristics,meeting the use requirements.In the third part,this article also analyzed the NVH related issues of gear shaft assembly and lubrication system related issues in the process of product development,Then Propose corresponding solutions Except design reasons in these two kinds of problems,there are part of the reason for the parts manufacturing or product assembly process.After finding the cause of the problem,and then corresponding optimization measures,the related problems could be solved quickly.Through continuous improvement,the product quality improved obviously,depleted complain caused by reducer assembly quality problem in the vehicle market.At the same time,provides a good reference for subsequent development of new reducer assembly quality planning. |
