With the continuous improvement of living standards,people have focus on the design direction of diversification,individuation and low-carbon direction,Skylight glass size began to develop from a small area to a large area.In order to meet the needs of customers more comfortable,more broad vision,begin to have a panoramic sunroof assembly.At present,most of the mainstream panoramic sunroof models are joint venture brands,and the models are more expensive.The vehicle structure of domestic panoramic sunroof is just starting,and the research on panoramic sunroof is still superficial,With the consumption trend of the automobile market becoming younger and more personalized,the panoramic sunroof market will have unlimited prospects in the future.Skylight giant verbast expects that market share to reach 50% in the next few years.In this paper,based on the existing models on the basis of,in view of the panoramic sunroof and the classification of the corresponding lid assembly structure,arrangement of top-down design as the research object,the panoramic sunroof and the corresponding design process of the roof assembly made in detail.In addition,Finite element method was used to simulate and compare the structure performance of panoramic skylight the difference of stiffness,modal and through structural optimization to achieve the requirement of the project pe rformance.In this paper,the main research work is as follows:First of all,through the structure of the research at home and abroad existing panoramic sunroof models the panoramic roof,roof assembly structure.Analyze The influence of the arrangement of panoramic skylight on the structure of roof assembly and biw assembly.Through structural benchmarking,Develop the structural strategy and market highlight strategy of panoramic skylight and roof assembly,The 3D software UG is used to complete the layout of panoramic skylight and the positive design of the roof assembly structureSecondly,on the basis of 3d digital model of panoramic skylight and roof assembly,The 3d finite element mechanical model was established by using Hypermesh,includes grid division,connection relation definition,creation and attribute of material.The stiffness,mode and collision of the body-in-white were simulated,and the performance difference of the body-in-white was compared and summarized before and after the panoramic skylight layout,Summarize the main impact of panoramic sunroof on white body performance.Finally,According to the analysis results and the performance of biw,the risk prevention optimization measures are proposed.The panoramic skylight and its matching performance law of white body are concluded.Finally,the design flow of panoramic skylight and roof assembly based on forward design is summarized.
