With the innovation and development of science and technology,the dependence of manufacturing on technology is getting higher and higher,especially the dependence on automation equipment is on the rise.The automation equipment enterprises that integrate manufacturing and high-tech are faced with severe competition.They must not only meet the increasing technical quality requirements of customers,but also find their own marketing positioning in the fierce market competition,and will not be buried by the market.Therefore,in order to achieve long-term development of automation equipment enterprises,technical quality and marketing methods are essential.To this end,some automation equipment companies have chosen a key account marketing model that can bring high profits to the enterprise while improving technical experience.Key account have greater demand for automation equipment and higher technical requirements than average customers.While key account bring high profits to automation equipment enterprises,the technical and management conditions put forward by automation equipment enterprises are more stringent,which helps to improve the technology and management capabilities of enterprises to a certain extent.This paper takes the key account management of L automation equipment manufacturing enterprise as the research object,and conducts a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the current situation of L automation equipment enterprise in the management of key account,aiming at the traditional marketing ideas of L automation equipment enterprises in the management of key account.In-depth analysis was not carried out without accurately defining the target key account,ignoring the maintenance and deep digging of key account,imperfect marketing service teams for key account,abandoning traditional customers for key account,over-reliance on key account,and single marketing strategies.Propose countermeasures and improvement suggestions for L-automation equipment enterprises in the process of identification process system construction,management team building,marketing strategy and incentive mechanism for key account management.It is hoped that through the research on the key account management system of L automation equipment enterprises,it will provide valuable exploration for the development and management of key account of automation equipment enterprises. |
