In many cases, people have to engage in complex work or manual labor in uncomfortable environments such as in hot-wet conditions.Heat-related diseases and careless-operation accidents caused by high temperature and high humidity environments occur frequently. With the advancement of society, the requirements for people's safety, health and ergonomics in high temperature and humidity environments are becoming more and more strict.By heat acclimation training, the abilities of people's tolerance in such environment can be improved a lot, which can contribute to their health and to the whole society. This research involves a variety of disciplines ranging from architecture environment science to medicine. The study simulates the realistic environment and labor intensity of that working in the mine.In present studies, there is no detailed research on the difference of the effect of heat acclimation caused by training time. Therefore, this study will further analyze this area and provide a theoretical basis for the study of heat acclimation and carry out relevant standards for occupational health institutions. In this paper,16 male college students were selected as the test subjects. The environmental conditions in the environmental chamber were simulated at 36? and the humidity was 60%.The speed of exercise was 5 km/h on a treadmill to simulate the labor work under moderate labor intensity. The experiment was divided into 4 groups according to the daily training time. The daily training time of group A was 90 minutes, the group B was 105 minutes, the group C was 120 minutes, and the group D was 120 minutes(60 minutes in the morning and afternoon respectively). The whole experiment lasted for ten days.Parameters measured during the experiment are psychological parameters and physiological parameters. The physiological parameters include rectal temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, skin temperature, eardrum temperature, vital capacity, and maximum grip strength. The psychological parameter is comprehensive heat and moisture sensation. The data was analyzed by paired sample T test. The results show that the heat training can effectively improve the physiological and psychological thermal adaptability of the subjects. The impact of different training time on each individual index is different, among which the difference of D group is the most obvious. The experiment established the index of comprehensive physiological and psychological parameters by using factor analysis method to further evaluate the difference of the effect of different training time on heat acclimation, and compared it with PSI index method. In addition, the number of days of heat acclimation formation under different working conditions are calculated according to the criterion of improvement of thermal adaptability. The results show that the difference of effect of training time on heat acclimation is related to the duration of single continuous training, but not to the total training duration. Thus, longer daily training time does not certainly mean to produce better results of heat acclimation.
