With the development of scientific technology and economy,people begin to set stricter requirements to interior thermal comfort.A good interior thermal comfort will provide mental happiness to people,which will also enhance work efficiency.So it is quite necessary to create a healthy and cozy interior environment by studying the basic laws of thermal comfort.According to lots of studies on thermal comfort field,it is known that human thermal comfort is different in different regions and different seasons.At a certain climate zone and season,people will form a special law to adapt to the thermal comfort.By now,many researches have been done on thermal comfort at some regions when at a certain season.However,researches on interior thermal comfort at severe cold area in Northwest are in great short.With the rapid development of information society,data of thermal comfort is growing exponentially and there are large amounts of architectural thermal comfort data which hasn't been processed,from which laws are difficult to be found.Therefore,the value of these data cannot be reflected.For these thermal comfort data,the relationship between different data and the data laws are existed but in great mass.Under this background,this paper takes Jiayuguan as an example.Depending on the field survey and test of the thermal comfort at the severe cold area in Northwest,as well as different ways for collecting network data,this paper analyzed and processed the thermal comfort existed in the architectures at severe cold area in Northwest.Then combining with data visualization,this paper analyzed the impact on human thermal comfort by continental dry climate and season change happening in Northwest;then according to the analysis result,establish a model for human thermal comfort at severe cold area in Northwest.Here below are the details:1)Climate data were collected by field survey and data digging.Taking Jiayuguan as an example,this paper discussed the factors influencing interior thermal comfort in Northwest(continental climate);this paper also discussed the impact on residents' thermal feeling and thermal comfort by some factors(gender,age and building age etc.2)This paper analyzed the correlation between interior thermal comfort and environmental parameters(interior environment and exterior environment);then relying on the analysis report and Python(a program language),as well as the logistic regression model for big data analysis,a model of thermal comfort behavior rule for severe cold area in Northwest is established(interior temperature and exterior temperature are the driving factors).Based on the model,it analyzed the impact on interior thermal environment and human thermal feeling by human's behaviors of thermal adaption.According to the analysis mentioned above,multiple linear regression analysis is used for setting up the prediction model of neutral temperature.3)Set up the thermal comfort model by big data analysis method,then perfect the thermal comfort model;therefore,the logic regression model will have a good ability of prediction;then depending on the regression model,subjective data and objective data,analyze the linear regression model and calculate thermal neutral temperature,thermal expected temperature and thermal acceptance rate etc;finally,adaption model about the residents at Jiayuguan is obtained,which can provide references for making thermal comfort standards.4)Do a field survey on the thermal comfort got by residents at Jiayuguan,analyze the thermal comfort when the seasons are different;do a comparison research on the residential thermal environment and residents' thermal comfort before and after heating.
