As an important measure to guide the sustainable development of urban underground space and improve the efficiency of urban operation,the construction of urban underground comprehensive pipeline corridor.Rencently,our government and relevant workers have attached great importance to it,The planning mileage and construction speed of the comprehensive pipeline corridor are in the forefront of the world.However,the utility tunnel is expensive and difficult to change after completion,moreover,urban underground space is a valuable non-renewable resource,which has a far-reaching impact on the sustainable development of the city,therefore,before the actual construction of the project,we must make a thorough and meticulous study on the construction sequence of the utility tunnel that is,how many comprehensive corridors are built and how to arrange the construction sequence of the lines.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)When studying the reasonable scale of utility tunnel construction,firstly,the concept of reasonable scale of utility tunnel is defined,and the main influencing factors of corridor scale are analyzed,On this basis,based on the urban population,urban area and cost-benefit,three basic methods,namely,population density method,service level method and cost-benefit method,are proposed for calculating the size of tunnel,the limitation of each method is analyzed,and then the weight of each method is calculated by the method of entropy weight,The contribution degree of each method to the reasonable scale of pipeline gallery is represented by weight,established a calculation model of reasonable scale of comprehensive corridor based on entropy weight.(2)This paper analyses the influencing factors of the construction sequence of comprehensive pipeline corridor lines.Combined with relevant literature and construction experience of comprehensive corridor at home and abroad,a preliminary set of seaselected indicators for evaluating the construction sequence of comprehensive pipeline corridors is established.on the Basis of Qualitative Primary Selection of Indicators,quantitative selection by correlation test and principal component analysis,a decisionmaking index system for the construction sequence of comprehensive pipeline corridors is established.(3)Establishing TOPSIS model and cumulative prospect theory combined with TOPSIS model to evaluate the construction sequence of pipeline lines,the calculation method of weight in cumulative prospect theory is improved.the calculation accuracy of the model is improved.(4)Take Xi'an as an example,by using the above methods and models,the reasonable calculation of the recent comprehensive pipeline Gallery in Xi'an City is carried out,the construction sequence of utility tunnel lines is sequenced and compared with the actual construction situation,it is found that the calculated results are basically consistent with the actual situation,which verifies the feasibility of the proposed method and model.The model established in this paper provides a more practical method for the study of the time sequence of the construction of the utility tunnel,making reasonable construction sequence of comprehensive corridor support and guide orderly development of urban underground space,it has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
