The rapid development of the economy and the widespread use of information-based production have led to fierce competition in the entire automotive industry,and the profits of automakers selling complete vehicles are gradually decreasing.In the context of diversified consumer demands and complex and changeable overall market,in order to obtain more profits and occupy a wider market share,it has become an important issue facing the automobile production industry to improve the efficiency of material production and distribution,improve consumer satisfaction and reduce the cost of enterprises.The production and use of lean logistics has been improved and optimized the distribution of automotive materials aiming at these problems,Its core concept is to reduce as much as possible and eliminate waste of production enterprises in the production process and using PFEP tools information to collect and count the material information.The material information is made public and the distribution is ordered and accurate in the whole production process,so as to ensure that each link of the production process is connected in an orderly way,achieve the purpose of zero inventory,and reduce the consumption of time and cost.Taking DC company as the research object,this paper proposes corresponding improvement measures to solve the problems of material distribution in DC company,such as unreasonable packaging,line-side material accumulation and low distribution efficiency,etc.,so as to optimize the Shipping-to-line distribution of materials.First of all,to deal with the problems of Shipping-to-line material management chaos and unreasonable packaging,establish a PFEP template and management process to implement comprehensive control and guidance on material distribution,perform data maintenance and update to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of material information;optimize PFEP container parameters Choose the appropriate packaging container for the material and determine the optimal packaging volume.Then for the backlog of the material line and low distribution efficiency,one is to establish a cost model based on two online methods of kanban and Kitting,and select a suitable online method for fuzzy materials with unclear classification,and the other is to meet the time requirements of the station.Under the premise,the path optimization model with time window is established with the total cost as the goal,and the model is solved using genetic algorithm to obtain the delivery route with the lowest cost.Finally,the actual distribution data of DC company is used to verify the examples and analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
