With the continuous development of social economy,green and clean solar energy plays an increasingly important role in my country’s energy structure.With the support of relevant national industrial policies,photovoltaic power generation technology is becoming more and more mature,the industry is developing like a crack,and construction projects of photovoltaic power plants around the country are frequently started.However,the construction of W photovoltaic power station engineering projects around the country has faced the problems of large investment,tight construction period,and inadequate cost control during the construction process.T herefore,this article is for W photovoltaic enterprises to properly solve the investment cost control during the construction period and stand in the fierce industry competition.Invincibility has important practical significance.First,com bed the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of photovoltaic power generation,studied the theory and method of project cost control,including the analysis of cost management control theory of target cost method,ABC classification methodtvalue engineering theort and earned value method,for The objective analysis and plan design afterwards laid the foundation stone;conducting a field investigation of the W photovoltaic project.conducting exchange interviews with the management,and understanding the basic situation of the project,the operation mode of internal cost management control,and the problems in the management and control system.Combined with the characteristics of the photovoltaic power generation industry,the investment cost of the W photovoltaic power generation project during the construction period is preliminarily calculated.According to the contractor’s expectation of the project’s return rate,the target cost method is used to introduce the target cost savirgs and determine the required control costs.Secondly,put forward the construction cost control plan of W photovoltaic power generation project,and on the basis of the objective analysis method,put forward different management methods for the design stage and construction stage of cost control.In the cost design stage,the ABC classification method was used to find the key points of cost control,and the value engineering method was used to find the plan most conducive to the optimization of the project cost,so that the project’s construction cost can be reasonably controlled at the same time as the project construction.Provide more accurate and reasonable cost planning at this stage.Then,in the cost control process of the construction stage,the breakthrough only considers the limitation of cost,abandons the traditional deviation analysis method,and uses the earned value method to control the cost and comprehensively analyze the project cost and schedule to make the cost control work more Scientific and efficient.Finally,from the four perspectives of organization,technology,economy,and system,the cost control system has been established,with cost control as the core,and a series of safeguard measures are proposed to provide strong support for the effective implementation of cost control.
