In recent years,the number of construction related enterpriscs has grown rapidly,and with the development of the industry,more and more enterprises have joined in.Credit sale is common in construction industry,because enterprises will have a lot of advance funds in advance during development,and customers start to pay for projects with large percentage and long cycle.However,there are often problems in the process of recovery of accounts receivable,which causes a lot of pressure burden on the recovery of accounts receivable.Therefore,scientific and effective management of accounts receivable is beneficial to the future development of the enterprise and the next development of the cnterprise.This paper is based on the related literature such as accounts receivable,management analysis and research Based on the financial data of YD construction company,this paper analyzes a series of problems existing in its accounts receivable.The scale of accounts receivable is large and accounts for a relatively high proportion of the company's operating revenue.It analyzes the risk of major customers by using the operating assets model,and concludes that major customere have a greater risk.Next,on the hasis of these findings,combined with the characteristics of the industry itself,the research and analysis methods of YD oonstruction company are proposed.First of all,through expert interviews and questionnaires,find out the key problems of accounts receivable management of construction company,and find out the causes of these problems.Through research and analysis,this paper investigates the problems in the accounts receivable management of YD construction company,which is the most serious in the pre event stage.The key problems in the management of accounts receivable include:lack of systematic evaluation of customer credit,lack of contract management,and further research and analysis of the causes of these problems.In addition,some constructive suggestions are put forward to improve the management level of accounts receivable,such as using rich modern financial instruments to avoid the risk of some accounts receivable.The research results of this paper provide some meaningful references for YD construction company to better understand the current situation of accounts receivable management and clarify the default risk of accounts receivable,which will help the company to recognize the shortcomings of accounts receivable management,help suppliers solve problems and enhance competitivenessFinally,the paper puts forward to use the whole process of accounts receivable management before,during and after the event to manage accounts receivable,to establish a complete system to study and investigate problems,so that the company can deal with the problems easily,and finally can be conducive to the increase of enterprise income.
