Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of HL Wind Power Company Based On EVA

As the stakeholders of state-owned enterprises and government departments,the main concern of state-owned enterprises is whether they can obtain the evaluation information about the financial situation and financial performance of enterprises.However,in the face of increasingly complex economic environment,the disadvantages of traditional financial performance evaluation methods are becoming more obvious,such as the neglect of the cost of equity capital,and the short-sighted behavior of operators caused by relatively single financial indicators.For this reason,SASAC has been implementing an economic value added(EVA)assessment in SOEs since 2010.EVA evaluation indicators After adjusting some accounting items,it reduces the space for artificial intervention in accounting profits,and makes its evaluation of financial performance more professional,comprehensive and effective to help enterprises develop in the long run.This paper chooses HL wind power,a local wind power enterprise,as the research object,aiming at the defects and shortcomings of the traditional financial performance evaluation index,combining with the actual situation of production and management of HL wind power company,studies the financial performance evaluation of the company,discusses the advantages of EVA financial performance evaluation,and has reference significance for HL wind power company to build a EVA financial performance evaluation system in line with its own situation.This paper first expounds the research background and significance of the paper,reviews and reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad,summarizes the research contents and methods of this paper,and puts forward the innovation points of this paper.Secondly,it expounds the related concepts and theoretical basis of financial performance and financial performance evaluation.Again,this paper discusses the current financial performance evaluation of HL wind power companies and the main problems existing in the current financial performance evaluation.Then,the necessity of introducing EVA financial performance evaluation is expounded,and based on the operating characteristics of HL wind power,the financial performance evaluation index is selected and the financial performance evaluation system based on EVA isconstructed.Besides,this paper uses Analytic hierarchy process determines the index weight and efficacy coefficient method to divide the types of financial performance evaluation,and obtains the comprehensive financial performance evaluation results of the company from 2015 to 2018 by calculation,and analyzes the evaluation results.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the execution and monitoring organization,set up the salary incentive system with EVA as the core,train the relevant professionals and establish the budget management system to ensure the effective implementation of the EVA financial performance evaluation.According to the research,the financial performance evaluation system with EVA as the core can reflect the company’s operating performance more truthfully than the current financial performance evaluation and financial situation,can be the first to detect crises and prevent financial risks.
