Design Of Community Rehabilitation Product System For Pneumoconiosis Patients

With the development of coal mines in China,The common pneumoconiosis of coal miners has become the main occupational disease affecting the health of miners.At the same time,pneumoconiosis is also the occupational disease with the largest number of cases and the widest impact in China.It requires not only professional treatment in the hospital,but also long-term out-of-hospital assisted rehabilitation.At present,the clinical intervention methods of pneumoconiosis are relatively perfect,and have significant effects on the relief and intervention of the disease.However,there is a lack of out-of-hospital health management and rehabilitation behavior guidance,and the testing,treatment,and rehabilitation of the family or community are incoherent,and medical resources cannot be fully utilized.On the other hand,the lack of targeted auxiliary treatment and rehabilitation products also restricts the patient's systematic rehabilitation behavior.This article starts with the community lifestyle of pneumoconiosis patients,studies of community health management processes and cases,and extracts the elements of community health management;In-depth study of the rehabilitation needs and rehabilitation behavior process of pneumoconiosis patients,and establish key rehabilitation product functions.Using the FBS design model,combined with the community health management model and the patient's rehabilitation needs and behaviors,a function-behavior-structure(FBS)model of the pneumoconiosis community rehabilitation product system is developed from five aspects: research,planning,derivation,analysis and output.Use the FBS design model to define the function definition of the community rehabilitation product system,design the patient's expected rehabilitation behavior,complete the rehabilitation product design and optimize the community detection,treatment,and rehabilitation processes,and design the three modules including health monitoring,rehabilitation therapy,and rehabilitation exercises.CBR product system.The construction of a community rehabilitation system for pneumoconiosis patients can maximize the role of primary medical services from the perspective of community rehabilitation,effectively improve the professionalism of medical services,and reduce rehabilitation costs.For patients,they can get standardized guidance and standardized treatment for rehabilitation behaviors,improve the effectiveness of rehabilitation behaviors,and save rehabilitation costs.This article studies product design and processes.Further research is needed on business models and product manufacturing.
