With the rapid development of our country's economy,the economic market is becoming more and more formed,its supervision is free and competition is orderly,and the competition among enterprises is increasing day by day.Faced with this kind of economic market situation,state-owned enterprises lose their competitive advantage,and the competition tends to be fierce.Scientific salary system design also needs abundant salary design theory and typical cases of salary reform of state-owned enterprises to support,and needs to solve the problem through the whole process of practice from theory to practice.Firstly,this paper elaborates the research background,research purpose,resea rch significance,research content,theoretical basis and research status at home and abroad,in order to prepare theoretical basis for the analysis of compensation improvement of Jingneng(Chifeng)Energy Development Co.,Ltd.Secondly,taking Jingneng(Chifeng)Energy Development Co.,Ltd.as the research object,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of its existing salary system,and finds that the company's salary system has some problems,such as old salary structure can not meet its development needs,imperfect salary system and low salary level,which lead to the salary system can not play its role in application and lack of incentive.Thirdly,the paper puts forward the salary system improvement plan of Jingneng(Chifeng)Energy Development Co.,Ltd.In the process of formulating the salary reform plan,starting from the existing salary system,aiming at the existing problems,making efforts precisely and concentrating on breakthroughs,and formulating the basic salary level division and the definition of the salary level of employees in different positions according to their ranks and positions.Then complete the whole compensation system program.Finally,the paper analyses the implementation steps,safeguard measures and effect prediction of the compensation design improvement plan for the core employees of Chifeng Jingneng Energy Company,so as to ensure the smooth progress of the salary reform.Through the research and demonstration of this paper,it is found that with the development of market economy,compared with other private enterprises,state-owned enterprises are developing slowly,the management level needs to be improved,and the road of salary system reform is relatively long.According to the actual situation of Jingneng(Chifeng)En ergy Development Co.,Ltd.,the establishment of an efficient,flexible,scientific and reasonable salary system is of great theoretical and practical significance for our state-owned enterprises to have the competitive advantage of talents.This paper not only points out the direction for the survival and development of similar state-owned enterprises,but also lays a solid theoretical foundation for the supply-side reform of the salary system of state-owned enterprises in the era of intelligence.
