With the continuous development of society,cars are becoming more and more civilian,and users are getting higher and higher in all aspects of car performance,especially in the field of vehicle NVH(noise,vibration,vehicle comfort).As the most perceptible car performance,users are increasingly demanding vehicle comfort,and the matching subsystems are increasingly valued by design.The subsystems of the car are very complex,including the body system,the chassis system,the powertrain system,the intake and exhaust system,the air conditioning system,and the interior and exterior trim systems.The vibration isolation performance of the powertrain system is the one that has the greatest impact on the vehicle NVH.Subsystem,while the powertrain design and development,the impact of the suspension system on the performance of the vehicle NVH is very obvious,if the suspension system can be effectively designed and optimized in the development stage,it will greatly improve the vehicle's NVH performance and user perception..Based on the development process of a certain model,this paper has carried ou t the following researches: Firstly,it introduces the function and performance of the automotive powertrain suspension system,the development history and use of various suspension components in different periods,and the development of the suspension system.The development of technology,the development of suspension theory and some knowledge of the process of improvement.Secondly,the model is established for the vehicle powertrain suspension system,and the dynamic equation is used for the mechanical analysis.The relevant parameters of the powertrain suspension system are tested to obtain the relevant modeling results,and the suspensions are suspended for different speeds.The vibration acceleration value is measured,and the vibration isolation rate of each suspension component is analyzed.The theoretical analysis of the natural frequency configuration and vibration decoupling of the model,the system understands the vibration characteristics of the suspension system,and uses the dynamic equation t o establish the engine.A mathematically simplified model of the excitation and torque.Then according to the actual situation,the relevant computer program is used to optimize the stiffness data of the suspension system of the powertrain,and the computer analysis tool is used to study the difference of the performance of the suspension system before and after the change,and improve the modal vibration decoupling rate.Finally,the rigid body modal test of the powertrain is carried out by optimizing the design of the stiffness parameters of the whole vehicle.The final test results show that this adjustment can effectively improve the suspension mode natural frequency and the vibration decoupling rate.Played an effective improvement role.This method has considerable significance for the design and parameter matching of the car suspension system.
