The properties of vehicle′s NVH was affected by power-train mounting systemvibration isolation. Rational design of power-train mounting system can reduce thevibration and noise of automobile effectively, not only improve the riding comfort, butalso prolong the durability of engine and other components. On the basis of the mechanism of multi-body dynamic and vibration isolation, themulti-body dynamic model of CYQD32T power-train mounting system was built inADAMS/View according to the parameters of a real model. Under the three kinds oftypical working conditions, the mounting force and the angular acceleration responsecurves were obtained and the worst idling condition was found; simulating the6-DOFmounting system in frequent domain in ADAMS/Vibration, the model’s inherentcharacteristics and frequency response were achieved.Based on the mechanism of double layer vibration isolation, a12-DOF full vehiclemodel including the frame was built, the inherent characteristics and frequency responseof the two models were compared by the simulation analysis; and under the idlingcondition, acceleration response of the mounting system was studied and explained thereason why a6-DOF model of mounting system cannot get its isolation transmissibility. The results indicate that the full vehicle model can response the vibration characteristicof a power-train mounting model and get the transmitting rate at the same time.In order to improve the isolation performance of the system, for the target of theminimum transfer force of each mount components, optimized the stiffness of mountsby reasonable limited the deformation of rubber mounts, a6-DOF optimal model wasestablished. Compared with the performance simulation and isolation transmissibility, the maximum transfer rate was reduced by7.4%and the performance of NVH wasimproved. The results prove that the validity and reliability of the optimized parameters.
