Electric vehicles,with their remarkable environmental performance,low noise,low energy consumption and many other advantages,have begun to be used as environmentally friendly vehicles in people's travel.The air conditioning system of electric car is quite different from that of traditional car.With the industrialization and marketization of electric vehicles in China,the correct and reasonable use of its air conditioning system and the diagnosis and maintenance after fault will also become new problems in the maintenance of electric vehicles.It also poses new challenges for practitioners.This paper starts from the basic composition and working principle of air conditioning system of electric vehicle.This paper systematically analyzes the structure composition,working principle and control process of air conditioning refrigeration system,heating system and control system of electric vehicle.Based on the fault diagnosis of automobile reuse and combined with the fault characteristics of the air conditioning system of electric vehicle,the fault diagnosis method of the air conditioning system of electric vehicle is proposed.Through the fault of some typical electric vehicle air conditioning system,such as EV200 and BYD F3 DM,the proposed diagnosis method is applied and verified in practice.The results show that the proposed fault diagnosis method of electric vehicle air conditioning system has certain practicability in practical use.
